I was on a trip to Georgia since I am from Texas and visiting friends and I recently visited this Barberitos on a recommendation. I’m pescatarian and very picky about what I eat. I was told that they have Fish Tacos on Fridays so I thought I would give it a try. I liked that you could choose what you wanted to add to your tacos. My tacos were a lot bigger than I expected and ate it all. They were the best fish tacos I’ve had in a while from a restaurant. Whoever cooked them knew what they were doing, great job to the person or people that made it. It made my first experience with Barberitos that much better. Thank you for an overall great dining experience. I will be back again soon whenever I can make it back to this location.

So I used to love going to this particular branch. However it appears evident that due to the management/owners it's become such a headache. The stinginess of employees which may be due to the manager, charge so much now, for example the Chipotle ranch, being 50 cents extra now. Do better.

They just started charging for side sauces (which has been free for the past 3 years I've been going). If I wanted to spend this much I'll just go to chiptole next time. Food is lovely but the service/management has been off for the past couple of months.
I'll try my luck at chiptole since it's cheaper now.

This is dirtiest restaurant you’ll ever encounter. I got a call from my daughter to get her a kids bowl on the way home from work. I stopped in. I ordered a kids bowl…got to the check out and they said it was $14 dollars! I asked, “ for a kids bowl and no drink or chips?” Yes, we don’t serve kids bowls anymore! So, for a dirty half filled bowl they charged me $14. I’m done with Barberitos! Will not be going back and will tell the reps who bring us lunch on occasion not to go to ANY Barberitos! They should be shut down. The floor had food all over it and the bar was a disgrace!

If there was an option to give a lower star rating, that would be the best option to explain what I witnessed today. While I am enjoying my meal I see a women walk in with her young child. I did not hear the women order her food, however, I did witness the manager, Blake, approach her very aggressively and stated that “This needs to stop. We cannot give these containers out.” He then began to explain about material cost. The woman told the manager that he needed to speak to his employees about this and not her because she did not request the extra containers. He continues to argue with her and then tell her and her young child to leave the restaurant. I was in total disgust by his behavior. Thank goodness for the amazing employees who still made sure that the woman and her child were still served for the night! Blake, learn how to pull your employees aside when there is an issue. The customer is always right and how dare you approach a woman so aggressively while she is with her child. Shame on you and shame on Barberitos if they decide to continue to allow this hostile man continue managing one of their locations.

The food is okay but my review is for the service! I could tell the team was stressed and under staffed but a sweet girl with long braids went out of her way to be kind to me and she encouraged me to have a happy day. I do appreciate when young people go out of their way to be nice. Thank you!

I’m going to be brutally honest! We thought this was going to be a great experience, but unfortunately it was Disgusting. The flat top was super dirty, Quesadilla had 3 pounds of cheese to the point where you couldn’t eat it was drenched in oil. The steak and chicken was so salty. This is definitely not a farm fresh restaurant. The floor had chips all over behind the register. The floor in the dining room was dirty. It was not cleaned. The owners should be very embarrassed.

We have eaten here from years. However, the atmosphere and service have been declining. We miss the "welcome to Moe's" greeting. The food is ok but you have to insist to get your grilled onions and peppers more than just warm and crunchy. There are better places in the area.
