A hidden gem! Nice ambiance, pleasant staff (Ashley, our server was terrific) and the food was wonderful (along with the presentation) all in all, a delightful evening for my friends and I. We will be back!

We just had dinner at The Bistro on Broad in Winder, and it absolutely blew us away. We’re no strangers to good food—we’re certified foodies—and this meal easily cracked the top 10 meals of our lives.
We started with the pimento cheese and gnocchi to share, and both were downright insane in the best way. Creamy, rich, balanced—like Southern comfort and fine dining had a baby.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The oysters were fresh and briny, the Caesar salad crisp and well-dressed, and the steak — absolute perfection. Great vibes, top service shoutout to Eduardo!, and food that hits every mark. A must-try in Winder!
