What a difference location makes. Placed a larger order here for the warehouse and WOW! everything is correct with the order. The food was hot, the service was good, and we were more than happy with the process.

Burger King is good if you want a quick lunch or dinner. The food is usually pretty good, fries and onion rings are always hot and crispy. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of because its proximity to the red light at highway 81.

Burger King does a good burger...at least l thought so. The orher night l got a double 'western burger' Awful.. Cold like the bun was like refrigerator temp. Then l got a fish sandwich also. Stay away from that. The sign description picture is never what you get. Pressed, soggy cold tasteless etc. Oh and lts owned by China CCCP. NOW. Like Smithfield farms

James and the crew were extremely professional. Customer service is absolutely outstanding. Thank you!
This Had to be the most professional Burger king I've ever seen, after a long day working I felt the need for a quick snack. I Drove to this Winder, GA location and was properly welcomed. As the drive thru attendant took my order, he made me feel confident that I wasn't going to need to check on my food (alot of the time other stores always miss something on my orders) He sounded like he enjoyed and took pride in his work and even when I asked for sauce, he obliged in a friendly tone to remind the cashiers up front just in case.( something no other franchise has done). I then pulled up to the window, and found one of the nicest cashiers I've meet. She double checked the order to ensure the contents were correct. She then went on to offer us Crowns 👑 !!! I was having a bad day before I drove to the BK and honestly left knowing that there are still decent people in this world.

So the other night me and my hubby decided to get some food out since we didn't feel like cooking after all that I had to do, traveling for so long and not getting back home till late. We went to the local (Winder GA) location, and I had pre-ordered everything you see on the receipt in the pictures. Not ONLY did the app not update us that the ice cream machine was down by a certain time (which I don't understand why ANY fastfood doesn't have set times on their websites or listings showing the up-time & down-time). So, not only did the person at the window try to give me just one slice of pie to make up for the shake; the pies were melting. The food was gross 🤢 the mayo was old (you can see by the picture), & we ordered bacon on most of our wraps, didn't get bacon. The whoppers were literally covered thick in the "old" mayo. There was only half fries in our containers (making them small fries not medium), & they were so cold, they were stale! It was gross, we couldn't eat the food that we paid for. I really want a refund, but that's not gonna happen since we were just too tired and threw it away. But here's the results of our mistake ordering from the local BK.
