Eating at Burger King today. Actually my wife's favorite. I tried to order the new fiery chicken, bacon sandwich and mistakenly ordered the wrong fiery sandwich. The manager explained to me what I did wrong and was quick to help me rectify the situation and got me the sandwich I wanted even after I paid for the other one! Now that's customer service! Old school customer service that is. Assist you with your issue and help keep you satisfied. We need more people like...
Came in for breakfast ;had 2 sausage biscuits and tater rounds and a nice fancy black coffee with creamer. The Manger James took care of me properly with great costumer service as the Chef Miss Sherly made sure my food was hot and fresh. I will be returning soon. Very clean & welcoming environment. Very fancy experience.
