I actually enjoy Captain Ds. This location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The drink machines are either out of ice or always unavailable. I’ve had to get sweet tea to suffice multiple times. The last time was the last straw for me. I ordered a fish meal and received a pinch of rice, 5 noodles for my Mac and cheese and my string beans were cold. I waited over 15 minutes to receive my order. During this wait I noticed multiple people coming back in to complain about their orders too. They always get it wrong. A health inspector would have a day in this location too! Do Not eat here!!!!! I hope this helps you guys! They need to revamp this place asap!! Wish I had photos

Not as good as it used to be. The food was not good. Fries were limp and barely warm. The fish was more batter than fish. Seat cushions in the booths were torn and in bad shape. I don’t think I’ll be going back for a long while.

This place is nicer than I expected. They have great customer service for sure and I feel that is so important! I have never ate inside so I can’t really rate the inside. The times when I have walked in for my order, the place looked clean. I used to always get the fish sandwich meal and it was always good. Sometimes I’d get fries and sometimes I’d get the okra as my side and that fried okra definitely hits the spot. There have been a couple of times when it seemed like it was cooked in old grease but those times are rare….but let me tell you.. one day I decides to try their $5.99 lobster roll meal and boy oh boy I have a new fave! I definitely did not think that Captain D’s could make a good lobster roll but it’s definitely tasty! I recommend it to anyone who likes lobster. The only complaint I have is that the meal doesn’t include a drink and serving of fries they give is minimal.

Crab cake and stuff crabs are not the same thing. 25 dollars and for little broccoli steam high prices and little food.
Went there for dinner on a rainy night walk in and the front ceiling was leaking water so bad, the worker didn't even care to put a bucket or something to catch the water. The floor was all wet no one care, but everyone was standing around . The place was filthy uncleaned. The food put on the plate looks like everything was just throw into the plate. IS A AWFUL PLACE TO DINE IN. IF THE PLACE IS NASTY, I DONT EVEN WANT TO THINK HOW THE FOOD IS HANDLE.

Went to Captain D’s in Winder this past Sunday around 4:00, Ordered and paid for our food, it took over 20 minutes before order came out. Fries were not cooked completely and neither was the fish! There were 20 other customers in dining room having to wait also, and were grumbling and complains, while this was going on the drive thru was also busy, but those customers were getting their orders quickly and pulling on thru!! I do not understand this process
