Went there for dinner on a rainy night walk in and the front ceiling was leaking water so bad, the worker didn't even care to put a bucket or something to catch the water. The floor was all wet no one care, but everyone was standing around . The place was filthy uncleaned. The food put on the plate looks like everything was just throw into the plate. IS A AWFUL PLACE TO DINE IN. IF THE PLACE IS NASTY, I DONT EVEN WANT TO THINK HOW THE FOOD IS HANDLE.

Sorry to have to say this, but BE CAREFUL!! The FLOORS are slick. I hope they get a steam cleaner to clean the grease off the floor, PRONTO!

Went to Captain D’s in Winder this past Sunday around 4:00, Ordered and paid for our food, it took over 20 minutes before order came out. Fries were not cooked completely and neither was the fish! There were 20 other customers in dining room having to wait also, and were grumbling and complains, while this was going on the drive thru was also busy, but those customers were getting their orders quickly and pulling on thru!! I do not understand this process

The only reason I am giving a one star is because there is no option for a negative star rating. 58 dollars for Nasty tables Nasty floors ( they where so bad it was like walking on ice , do yall mop the floors with grease or just not mop at all.) The seats where just as bad as the tables coke machines were flat just Nasty. An when my wife ask me if I wanted her coleslaw I seen stuff in it that wasn't supposed to my chicken came out with pieces of mac an cheese on it. I willbe placing a formal complaint with the health department about this . I work hard for my money and left felling disgusted an ripped off and the restroom was just as bad,I'd rather use a porta Jhon on a construction site. Don't wast your money in this dump.

I was waiting on a to go order and went to the restroom and I was shocked of how NASTY it was, so I DID NOT use it! I then payed more attention to the restaurant it was also nasty, floors needed sweeping, tables were not cleaned, and the trash was over full. At the drink counter it was very dirty, everything needed cleaning, drink spills all over the counter. I was there around 1:30 / 2:00 pm on Monday I was only one waiting on food other than drive thru and one person in the dining room so no reason for it to be that nasty! The only good thing was the employees, they were very nice.

I love Captain D's, but this Winder location is just sad. I ordered fish but couldn't tell if I received fish or chicken. Didn't look like fish. Didn't taste like fish, I will post a picture. Also, I believe they may be sponsoring UFC fights in the mens restroom because the toilet is busted, the toilet paper holder is busted, the door latch is busted and the splatter of bodily fluids reminded me of crime scene photos.
If you're ordering to go,just go ahead and expecteveryrhing to be wrong. First 2 times should have been a sign but had to give it a valiant third try. Workers don't listen just atrocious

Good food as usual, but one small complaint, drink dispenser counter and floor was sticky on my visit 3-11-25. If a health inspector came by done a surprise visit, could result in bad grade, Trying to help you guys out. Should thank me.

We waited in the drive thru AFTER placing our order for an additional 40 minutes. We pull up to the window to get our food and all three of the girls up front are glued to their phones. Then bagged our food without washing their hands or putting on gloves. That is disgusting! Those phones have been only God knows where. Bad customer service and bad food safety. We won't be back.
