Good food as usual, but one small complaint, drink dispenser counter and floor was sticky on my visit 3-11-25. If a health inspector came by done a surprise visit, could result in bad grade, Trying to help you guys out. Should thank me.

We waited in the drive thru AFTER placing our order for an additional 40 minutes. We pull up to the window to get our food and all three of the girls up front are glued to their phones. Then bagged our food without washing their hands or putting on gloves. That is disgusting! Those phones have been only God knows where. Bad customer service and bad food safety. We won't be back.

We have always enjoyed the catfish dinner w the light breading. Tonight we ordered the catfish and it was all breading. This was the second time this has happened. We are done w Captain Ds. Totally disgusting catfish.

Once again ordered door dash because I am pregnant and on bed rest so I can’t drive didn’t get no sauce even though I called them to make sure they put the sauce in the bag no silverware and didn’t even send my son his sweet tea the dasher asked them and they said we didn’t order it even though it was on the order sheet and the loaded baked potato was still hard didn’t even look like it was cooked and the fried fish was soggy never have I had an order this bad

My husband ordered the 2 piece fish dinner and got shrimp we had asked for hush puppies instead of the bread stick but didn’t get it. My meal was what I ordered but I wanted hush puppies instead of the breadstick. He also ordered the upsale of the 6 piece shrimp. The serving of his sides were very small. He also told the order taker he didn’t want the shrimp at all. It was very frustrating. I think he should be comped another dinner free. He was very disappointed and it took a really while. My food was fine.

This place has really gone downhill. The Hispanic girl in the window was talking on the phone loudly while making plates. The girl who took our order was kind. The food had to be cooked at least an hour before we ordered it.

This store needs a complete overhaul. The ac/heat is not always working, the bathrooms are not always available. I like the food and service is usually pretty good but you never know what you'll encounter if you decide to eat in.
This is a weak 4 but I guess a 4 none the least. They used to have GREAT mozzarella sticks, however like most restaurants when customers discover a "Favorite" they change the recipe and it's just never the same. WHY do restaurants do that!! If it's not broken people let's not fix it. The ones they have now are sufficient and will "Hit the spot" of your craving. They are always hot and pair the best with the honey mustard sauce. Enjoy.
