The service lately has been terrible especially tonight 8/7 at 8:35. We could barely understand the order taker in the drive thru. She started taking our order twice then told us to hold on and we could hear her arguing with someone. We had to start our order over 3 times because she kept telling me to hold on and start over until she yelled through the headset… we decided to leave and saw her yelling at someone else at the window.

Typically I don’t leave reviews for places that I go to for late night drive throughs, however I feel like I should share my experience for people who may have difficulties speaking through intercoms (or for people, like me, that have a speech impediment)
It was very depressing going through my order while the person taking it would constantly make fun of me for my disability.if I said a few “ums” in a row, the guy would mock me for it then quickly ask again what I want to order. It speaks to how the location trains up their staff (if there even is) with seemingly no customer service or empathy for people who don’t have perfect speaking capabilities every time they talk.
Used to go to this location some nights on my commute home but I will be going to other places from now on.
I wish I got the persons name because they definitely should not be working with people without customer service training.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the drive-thru today. The employee at the window (Heavy set African American girl) was rude and unprofessional, which really made my visit disappointing. This was my first time at this location, though I’ve been to other cookouts before, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I really had to stay calm, but it was frustrating dealing with such poor customer service.

Don't get the grilled chicken. Stick to hotdogs and burgers if you value your stomach and taste buds. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it kinda felt like it popped when I bit into it. Not good.
That said they've got great pickles and milk shakes at least!

I ordered a spicy chicken tray with hushpuppies and a quesadilla. Instead of what I ordered, I got two grilled cheeses and a double order of okra. The only thing I got right was my drink. I was really busy and took a five minute lunch so I couldn't turn around and exchange it.
There was almost no one else ordering, I have no idea how you mess things up this badly. I will not be returning

Went to the drive thru, only 2 cars in front of me. I waited 30 minutes to receive my food. Luckily I checked my food before leaving. They gave me stone cold fries. They did give me fresh fries. Get home, burgers trash, fries were OK, corn dog was good though.
I've been here previously, on another occasion. Pull to the drive thru around, like 6 employees just chilling outside. They butcher my order, forgot half of it. Fortunately I hadn't left the window yet.
When it's good, it's good. But here lately, they suck, and I hate it, they have a bunch of kids working there unfortunately.

Whoever was working the speaker Christmas Eve was extremely rude. Whoever trains associates needs to have them go through the line and try to order with that really loud speaker and realize that there’s a lag on what they say and what the customer says. We also didn’t get nuggets because she couldn’t hear me. The man at checkout was fine.
