My experience with The Cook Out was excellent, A definite 10 outta 10 due to the fact of the GM was first on site, the District Manager drove me up to get the day started and the food tasted great! Customer service superberb, The District Manager is top tier and don't play about This kitchen! I definitely will be back to visit!

Absolutely the worst cook out ever. I don't know what happened to this location but it is trash now. Everytime we go there, it's a guaranteed disappointment. The management doesn't care, they just shrug it off and on to the next person in line with money.

Food is great if you need something fast. Their variety of milkshakes is definitely awesome. They have so many options and I have tried a few different ones. The flavors are great. Sitting area inside and two drive through windows. There is always a lot of people here. The staff sometimes are hit or miss with professionalism. Some are very friendly and nice and others seemed stressed out or like they don't want to be there. I will say the latter is only about 5% of the time. They usually are very friendly! Definitely recommend coming here for fast service and good food

OMG!..COOK OUT!!!...You failed miserably..just wanted two good chili dogs...slaw, mustard, ketchup and chili..i ordered the tray with fries, and onion rings and drink...I tried eating one chili dog..chili was so burnt i just had to throw the whole order away because burnt meat soaked in grease that's old is horrible...my order was $10.77 and I past Ruby Tuesdays and sonic.. I hate making poor decisions as an adult. I haven't eaten at the winder location for some time because I noticed not many cars at all in the parking lot. Just glad i didn't have the wife with me, that would have been almost $25 lost...sorry didn't post pics..but I didn't have time for this nonsense

This location absolutely sucks.
I ordered a double side of onion rings, and barely got more than a single portion. Also the young lady at the window wasn't rude, per se...but she wasn't at all personable or professional. I won't be going back.

The service lately has been terrible especially tonight 8/7 at 8:35. We could barely understand the order taker in the drive thru. She started taking our order twice then told us to hold on and we could hear her arguing with someone. We had to start our order over 3 times because she kept telling me to hold on and start over until she yelled through the headset… we decided to leave and saw her yelling at someone else at the window.
