Food is great if you need something fast. Their variety of milkshakes is definitely awesome. They have so many options and I have tried a few different ones. The flavors are great. Sitting area inside and two drive through windows. There is always a lot of people here. The staff sometimes are hit or miss with professionalism. Some are very friendly and nice and others seemed stressed out or like they don't want to be there. I will say the latter is only about 5% of the time....
Whoever was working the speaker Christmas Eve was extremely rude. Whoever trains associates needs to have them go through the line and try to order with that really loud speaker and realize that there’s a lag on what they say and what the customer says. We also didn’t get nuggets because she couldn’t hear me. The man at checkout was fine.
