Whoever was working the speaker Christmas Eve was extremely rude. Whoever trains associates needs to have them go through the line and try to order with that really loud speaker and realize that there’s a lag on what they say and what the customer says. We also didn’t get nuggets because she couldn’t hear me. The man at checkout was fine.
Place my order over here at launch at 12 0 3 and receive my food around 12:10. The wait on the food wasn't bad but I had also ordered a shake. I went to check on it's status 2 times after I hit the 15 minute mark. Then still standing at the counter waiting for another 15 minutes they inform me they don't have the ingredients for my shake. Not having the stuff to make it is understandable but making someone wait half an hour to tell them you don't have it at...
Service was a little slow, as if some people weren't quite sure what to do. But the wait was worth it! We ordered a couple of large fries, which were perfectly cooked and salted... The best I can remember eating in a very long time.
