Gave wrong size drink so asked them to fix it they then hand us a drink in two cups because they had a hole in the cup tried the drink it was disgusting ice cream was already half melted when it was given to us

Every time I walk in there I never get greeted and immediately the group of immature childish kids who work in the back are always making rude gestures and laughing as if they can just pay attention to their job the environment there's horrible I've never seen any adults I believe that is run by a bunch of teenagers who don't know any better I wouldn't go there anymore if you like being judged and being treated like you're an alien from those childish kids then by all means have at it but you won't get my money no more!!

Ever since Robert sold this place, it's gone downhill so fast. Biscuit this morning was gross! Small, dry, and not even the right things inside. Oh well, I can't imagine they can't tell that they're starting to drop like flies, and I'm starting to believe that this is an intentional derailment of this dairy Queen location in order to funnel business to his other location that he owns over in Jefferson or whatever. Sad day for Winder.

Just stopped in today and ordered a double burger plain, no cheese, just the patties and the bun. This is the second time this has happened, got a burger with everthing on it. Plainly told the girl at the drive-thru what i wanted. Checked my order before i left the parking lot. Went in to get it changed. Manager never said sorry for the mix up, just handed me the burger and here you go a double plain no cheese. Come on DQ get it together. Since it has changed ownership it has gone downhill. Current status you suck!!!!!!!!!!! You have now joined the Black List club along with Sonic, Mazzio's and Pizza Hut....

It would have been nice if they posted their holiday hours at the drive-thru. A line of cars at 4:30pm. There's people inside and not one could come out and tell everyone they closed a 4. That's okay there's plenty of ice cream shops in Winder.

Obviously under new mgmt. Now open on Sunday, biscuits are too doughy, nothing like the biscuits we, or at least myself preferred. Made with lard and buttermilk, the truly best old time way, made by lovely ladies that valued how they prepared biscuits. I

First time here & it was great! Got a bacon ranch burger (not something I would normally order) and it was fantastic! Fresh, hot & not drenched in bbq sauce. Service was great as well.
