I’ve delivered dunkin multiple times this week through doordash, and they haven’t gotten it right once.

This Dunkin gets my order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Today my husband went and ordered me an ICED butter pecan coffee. He came home with a Hot French Vanilla Latte. While i’m upset he didn’t clearly notice, how did the employees get the order that wrong. My coffee that I order exactly the same each time tastes horrible every time. When I go in, it takes 10+ minutes for someone to come to the counter. I will say they are nice about fixing orders and do not ever try to charge, they need to start being more mindful. Orders shouldn’t be wrong every time

Go there alot. It doesn't seem like they are making the coffee properly. Most the time it isn't tasting right. Usually not satisfied. Not meaning to be mean. I just want a good coffee before work. And dunkin is the closest option.

Me and my husband went in to buy a few things, and we stood there at the counter and waited for 10 minutes and no one came to the counter, the teenager's in the back were just playing in the back. We ended up leaving unacceptable service.

The donuts used to be good. Soft and fresh a lot of the time, but especially in the morning. The past year or so it’s been nothing but hard and crunchy on the outside donuts. Donut holes are mostly crunchy. It’s a blasphemy for the donut world. Very disappointing to never get soft fresh donuts anymore.

Went there every day ordered the same thing, Everyday that I went there. My order was wrong or left off something. Or they didn't have something. Then get management involved in that's a joke cause all they say is I'm sorry, have a good day. No, that's not it, that's not all there is. You're the fix the orders and make your customers happy where's a return

Just ordered hash browns and the maple bacon crossaint and food was cold when I arrived at my house hashbrowns were really hard(inedible) I live less than a mile from the restaurant

If this is the one on Jimmy Carter I'm disappointed that some done honor the refill especially after buying a DD refill I look for patterns nevertheless I won't be back to that one in particular.

I love coffee and this location is one of the best places to stop and grab a light snack and some delicious coffee. It can get really busy at times but they know how to get you in and out quickly. The lobby is always clean and welcoming. Great place to take a seat get some work done and enjoy some hot breakfast food and coffee. The employees and managers here are very nice. If you're walking in to pick up it's best to use the app to put your order in cause sometimes it may take I bit for someone to serve you at the front counter cause they get busy and they are very passionate about serving fresh coffee and food. Winder runs on Dunkin and so should you so stop in and grab a fresh cup of coffee.
