The lady was knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose a seasonal option, cookie batter frozen coffee. The drink was really good, but it tastes like a ginger snap when the name had me expecting sugar cookie. Their Christmas decorations made me feel cheerful. This location seems to have a surplus of places to charge phones or laptops and plenty of mostly clean seating. I like this one, will return.

I bought my girls some Munchkins yesterday, 12 glazed and 13 jelly filled. I ended up eating all but 4 of the jelly filled. I felt super guilty, so I knew I was going to get some more this morning. I went to 2 different DDs this morning next to my house, and neither had the jelly filled Munchkins. I work in Winder, so I called the Winder DD on my way to work and Desiree answered the phone. I asked her if she had any jelly filled and she asked me how many I wanted. I told her I wanted 25. She asked me how long it would take me to get there and I told her around 15 minutes. I didn't even have to request that she hold them for me. She immediately told me she would put them aside for me and asked my name. She had no idea that I ate the Munchkins I bought for my daughters the day before, or that I'd already been to 2 different DDs looking for those specific Munchkins this morning; she just offered to hold them long enough for me to get there out of the goodness of her heart. By the time I arrived, there were only 10 jelly filled left. There probably wouldn't have been 25 left if she hadn't done me that kindness. I have to mention that this DD's jelly filled are MUCH better than the ones I ate yesterday! Those jelly filled were plain with a very light dusting of sugar. These jelly filled are glazed. It's the little things that make the world go 'round. Thank you again, Desiree! You really helped me save face with my daughters! Now it's up to me to not eat all of them 😉

Extremely filthy and disgusting location. I walked in and a huge, 2.5 inch water bug or palmetto bug if you are from Florida was laying upside down, still alive by the front left table. I informed the clueless peon at the registered who stared aimlessly, eyes glazed over and motionless. Another time I unfortunately used the men's restroom to find the toilet had human feces all over the edge of the bowl and the room smelled worse than the 42nd Street Subway station on New Years eve. Calcutta or Bombay had nothing on this place. Absolutely horrid hygiene. Plus the workers always seem to distracted discussing nonsense to make a proper ice coffee. I ordered numerous times and not once was my order made correctly. I guess the word Splenda was not in their collective lexicon.

Donuts and the drinks are awesome, but they do need to teach their team members to be more polite. I kept saying, thank you and have a good day, and she just ignored me and didnt respond nothing back. To specify the team member in the drive through.
I go here almost every morning, almost always do a mobile order and everything is always perfect! I love the employees, they even remember my usual and always greet me so kindly! my favorite dunkin ever!

Some employees are awesome, some struggle to exist. Process of filling orders is chaos. If you're ordering inside, you will be waiting for drive-thru orders to complete first regardless of who ordered first.

It was not the cleanest dunking I have been in. The staff was just standing around talking while we stood there waiting on our drinks to be made. We were the only people in the store and it took them 15 minutes to make out drinks. I will not be returning to this location. Typical behavior from staff that works anywhere on Atlanta highway right through town.
