Some employees are awesome, some struggle to exist. Process of filling orders is chaos. If you're ordering inside, you will be waiting for drive-thru orders to complete first regardless of who ordered first.

It was not the cleanest dunking I have been in. The staff was just standing around talking while we stood there waiting on our drinks to be made. We were the only people in the store and it took them 15 minutes to make out drinks. I will not be returning to this location. Typical behavior from staff that works anywhere on Atlanta highway right through town.

This Dunkin gets my order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Today my husband went and ordered me an ICED butter pecan coffee. He came home with a Hot French Vanilla Latte. While i’m upset he didn’t clearly notice, how did the employees get the order that wrong. My coffee that I order exactly the same each time tastes horrible every time. When I go in, it takes 10+ minutes for someone to come to the counter. I will say they are nice about fixing orders and do not ever try to charge, they need to start being more mindful. Orders shouldn’t be wrong every time

Go there alot. It doesn't seem like they are making the coffee properly. Most the time it isn't tasting right. Usually not satisfied. Not meaning to be mean. I just want a good coffee before work. And dunkin is the closest option.

The donuts used to be good. Soft and fresh a lot of the time, but especially in the morning. The past year or so it’s been nothing but hard and crunchy on the outside donuts. Donut holes are mostly crunchy. It’s a blasphemy for the donut world. Very disappointing to never get soft fresh donuts anymore.
