Walked in to order some doughnuts with my daughter. The staff seemed almost bothered by us being there and when we picked out some doughnuts, the moment they laid a hand on them, about a half dozen flies took off from them. Lost my business for good.

Stood in line waiting to be acknowledged at the register for 10 minutes before walking out this morning. Mind you, they were busy. So I understand having to wait, but we were not even acknowledged. Us and several others ended up just walking out. 5-6+ people walking passed us over and over again.

Went in for a mobile order pickup for myself, as I was walking out I thanked them and told them to have a great day. And all but one of the girls working gave me a nasty look! They didn’t greet us walking in and we’re all around roo focused on giggling to say hello welcome to dunkin.

Really bad service. Asked for manager because icy drink was prepared wrong. She was notified about my request, employee came to me and quoted “she is o the phone” which I noticed.
29 mins later I ask for her again. For my surprise employee quoted “she left”.

Coming in the door, the people that were in the back they were cursing, and they did not want to come to the front. There were too busy goofing off in the back. I did not even get to make an order because they were more concerned of acting childish specially, the girl with the curly hair and glasses And the boy that was wearing glasses. This was on February 2 on a Sunday when I came in here at 3:55 It was very unprofessional all the attitudes that they have. I believe they need to hire different people that are more concerned about their job instead of social life

I always order on mobile and do walk in because this location is wildly slow and I don’t want to be late for work. If a manager is reading this please for the love of god CHECK THE MOBILE ORDERS. If it says walk in don’t put it in the drive thru window and have me waiting 10 minutes for a simple iced coffee because no one wants to read or check orders. I’m late for work now because yall refuse to read. Worst dunkin location ever. Always. Consistently
