I went this morning and ordered a medium coffee, and they gave me this tiny cup, and on top of that, it was completely cold with the whipped cream all melted, and practically empty.

Best location! I've been to so many locations of DD... and this one was the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest that I've been to in a long time!!!! And bonus for me... they still have the Dunkalatte!!!!! 12 outta 10 beverage and so was this store!!!!
Hard donut holes both times I’ve gone to this location ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ ordered assortment of Halloween but didn’t get any Halloween. LOL. I won’t be going to this one again for donuts, coffee only

terrible customer service took forever to just make a refresher

It’s worth the few extra minutes wait to drive past this place and go to another location In the area . They have the worst management staff possible.
Overall poor service due to a lack of customer service skills, common courtesy by most of the staff and dirty often unkempt dining area. The men's bathroom is filthy and needs a thorough cleaning. Making matters worse, my coffee is consistently made incorrectly 100% of the time. I understand no one reads anymore but seriously for an order and when it is your job, this should be mandatory to get a customers simple drink order. Always no Splenda is added to the order ever. I am also served old burned coffee 80% of the time. This is unacceptable. It seems the rather rotund and runtish works would rather discuss mindless drama then do a proper days work. Pass on this location.

I usually stop by first thing in the morning to get a dozen donuts, every time it tastes like the donuts from the day before. Definitely, not fresh. PLEASE SELL FRESH DONUTS. THAT'S WHAT WE PAY FOR. if I want donuts from the day before I'll go to Publix.

Walked in to order some doughnuts with my daughter. The staff seemed almost bothered by us being there and when we picked out some doughnuts, the moment they laid a hand on them, about a half dozen flies took off from them. Lost my business for good.
