Coming in the door, the people that were in the back they were cursing, and they did not want to come to the front. There were too busy goofing off in the back. I did not even get to make an order because they were more concerned of acting childish specially, the girl with the curly hair and glasses And the boy that was wearing glasses. This was on February 2 on a Sunday when I came in here at 3:55 It was very unprofessional all the attitudes that they have. I believe they need to hire different people that are more concerned about their job instead of social life

I always order on mobile and do walk in because this location is wildly slow and I don’t want to be late for work. If a manager is reading this please for the love of god CHECK THE MOBILE ORDERS. If it says walk in don’t put it in the drive thru window and have me waiting 10 minutes for a simple iced coffee because no one wants to read or check orders. I’m late for work now because yall refuse to read. Worst dunkin location ever. Always. Consistently

First time at this location, Bethlehem Georgia we ordered a dozen donuts and the little donuts we got home. They were staler than hell. They tasted like they’ve been sitting there for a day. Needless to say we threw them away. Tried to call and they had nothing to say. It was approximately 2:00

Some days it’s okay but today can barely hear the person on the speaker taking orders. Had to repeat order at the window and he still missed two donuts. Plus gave wrong sandwich but the rest of the order still wasn’t taken correctly. Look at the receipt and give all the items purchased. It’s not that complicated but it’s not the first time with bad service at this location. Update a week later, they did it again. Receipt shows a whole bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. We were given a plain bagel. Get it together already! And I saw a lady returning her whole order for a refund when I had to go inside?

I hate to say bad things, but every time I go here while I wait on my phone to be fixed at a store next door, I don't see anyone behind the counter for a long time. I patiently wait but they are not concerned that they are not prompt nor do they greet you. The Cafe area is tired and in disrepair, the tables were dirty with spills and crumbs. This store just needs attention.
The drive through line is always an exhausting experience. The line is so long all the time and takes forever to get through. Usually takes several minutes for them to answer you at the drive through. I usually love dunkin, but this location I struggle with.
