The lines were exceptionally long. My coffee was filled to the absolute top and when I opened to add in my sweetener it went every where in my car.

They gave me old donuts it was awful! And my latte was chocolate milk no whip and they didn't even my app right so my code was not used.. No going back to this

This is my local Dunkin. I drive 30 minutes out of the way to avoid it. ALWAYS WRONG. Every time I go, my order is made incorrectly. I swear it's only kids in this place and they are never working just chatting at the window. When I pay 8$ for a coffee I expect it to be correct. Don't give them your money go to Starbucks.

They will gaslight you about making your order wrong even when the label is wrong on the side. Just own up to the mistake, remake it and move on. There is no need to argue especially when the customer is being polite. Thanks Anita for adding 50 creamers into my coffee when I asked for 1 creamer on the side. Will not be returning here.

Fwd:As a regular customer at this location, I was let down with my last visit. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I walk over to find a worker and ask if I could receive assistance with my order. When she shouted she would be over in a minute. So, I waited 5 more minutes in line. Finally, I walked over again and stated I had been waiting a total of 15 minutes when she began shouting " you have not been waiting 15 minutes, it's only been 5." Being quite uncomfortable with this encounter, I sat down at a table with my family. When a family member goes back up to ask why she wasn't helping me, the worker began yelling at her stating " this is not a full service restaurant, we don't come to you." While also stating she was the manager. She then went to the back with another working and started laughing about what had just occurred. This was a very unpleasant experience and quite upsetting.

Being a service industry worker myself, I hate writing bad reviews. But you all need to do some brushing up on customer service skills. I understand if you’re overworked or tired, but DO NOT bring your personal issues to work, much less take it out in your customers. I shouldn’t have to feel like an inconvenience just for stopping by. I was picking up a very simple mobile order, no crazy requests. Staff was just cold and rude, just seemed put off to have to do their job.

My food order is almost always consistently wrong at this location. I order through the app/drive thru so am usually gone before I realize it. Ordered a bacon, tomato, avocado sandwich.. just discovered I got a bacon, egg, cheese croissant. I'm not knocking what it's like to work fast food, but the attention to detail on the orders is pitiful. Please do better!

Ordered a large cold brew and a medium ice coffee with french vanilla and just cream. Overheard the total is $7 something. drove up to the window and was told our total was $9… I said it wasnt $7 ? The clerk assured me my total is $9. Okay fine, Maybe we miss understood. i scanned the app thinking the order was correct - i had a offer for the iced coffee to be free so i figured id only pay for the cold brew. Then she started to hand me 2 hot drinks. I was charged for two hot toasted sig lattes that was $9. Not only was the order wrong and i was charged incorrectly. I was not refunded money on my account and was handed $2 in cash for the inconvenience. This wont give me my free drink? . Still ended up paying for both drinks which was not what i wanted. ended up throwing the iced coffee away that had no coffee in it. it was straight creamer with ice. I will not be returning to this dunkin - but if you come here i highly recommend repeating your order before paying. And tasting it before leaving.
