Food was really good. Service was excellent. I ordered the club sandwich. Very tasty, but huge. It will feed two people easily. I think I ate less than a forth of it. Very good

Waited 8 minutes standing at takeout counter to place a to go order and no one ever showed up to take my order. During this time at least 7-9 staff walked by the area looked over and kept on walking. I left and called back to see if something was wrong or going on that prevented anyone from working the counter. When I tried to explain to the girl that answered the phone why I was calling she told me she was busy tending bar and she couldn't do everything then hung up.the phone. Lost my business for good.

Terrible wait times for the food. We literally waited 2 hours for a baked potato. I think they baked it after we ordered. My food was cold after waiting an hour. Subpar at best I would never recommend this place to anyone. Our waitress was the only bright part other than that nothing. I will never be back.

I went there for a date night w my boyfriend. The environment is so warm and cozy. It felt very much like I was at home. Stephen was our waiter. He was very friendly & approached us really quickly. There wasn't a long wait time any longer than 10 minutes. Great customer service. Great food. Great experience.

Went to Fatz tonight for dinner and for the first time in a long time it was phenomenal. My server was Jenny Who was awesome tonight. She made sure to answer all my questions made sure our drinks stayed full. Then we got our food. The salad came out the lettuce was crisp tasted fresh like they just cut it. When the main course came out my steak was cooked perfect the first time it was juicy and flavorful. The shrimp was not rubbery it wasn’t too hot it was perfect I got the grilled shrimp. The potato was soft and fluffy not under cooked at all. The cooks tonight were Nick and Deb. They made the food to perfection and I am a very picky eater so that says a lot. I will definitely make this my first choice from now on. Thank you guys for an awesome night.

One of the worst locations in the business. They got rid of the most popular kids item, they oversauce the ribs a lot, and they are very rustic. I even got poisoned the day before my birthday here. They have nice waiters, though. 2 years ago was when they were best. If i wrote a review then, id go 5 star.

Enjoyed a very good dinner this evening at Fatz. Honestly, we'd had some bad meals there in the last year or year and a half and it had been a while since we visited. Tonight was the best we've had in all that time. Everything was very tasty and service was great. We'll be going back soon.
Food was awesome and service was splendid. I just wonder why there wasn't any customers!! What's up with that people why aren't you there spending your money like I was and enjoying your meal???

Awesome Hostess she's very nice and has very nice greeting skills and very polite and has great communication. Server/Bartender is very awesome has great communication skills. Manager is very nice always checks on her customers and talks to them. It's a very nice environment I recommend eating there have great food

Waiting for food at least 25 min. The restaurant was almost empty. I order biggest steak they have 16oz and it's was small, plus it cost $25. For the quality of it it doesn't cost more than $15. Same with my wife's steak. Not coming here again!
