12 dollar sandwich and they burnt it to a crisp. Never have I ever had a blackened meatball sub. I'm honestly shocked she'd even serve it. I know in the 10 years I worked in food. I would have thrown it away and remade it. I had to saw off the majority of the bread to eat it. I'm mad as hell right now because I even did a tip on my card. Didn't even make it right. The bottom was cut open so it couldn't be eaten in the way a sandwich should. When sge handed me the charcoal with meatballs she asked will this be fine. I said not really it's burnt, and then she said thank you and walked off. Absolutely pissed.

I'm over it! I try my best to leave good reviews but it's beyond disheartening how many times I've ordered a club on a sub (same sandwich EVERYTIME) and it's doesn't have bacon it's in the name of the sandwich! And it doesn't matter if it's pick up or delivery. Tonight was no different 2 Lrg Clubs no bacon and the bread was so soggy the sandwich was falling apart. Do better.

Response to Owner: I contacted customer service the same night, and they responded saying that because it's privately owned all assistance would be from YOU! I guess that response means you have no intentions on making this right. I pray that all guests consider the fact that your business genuinely doesn't care about customer experience or health before dining there!!
If you're brave enough to eat here... WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR FOOD!! From the time I walked in this employee was complaining about being at work and the constant orders coming in. He was angry that he'd have to stay late cleaning and made it known he didn't want to make my food. He then tried to put on gloves and make my food directly after changing trash without washing his hands. When I inquired about him washing his hands after touching trash he lied and said he'd only replaced a clean bag, but I had just watched him take out the old trash. After washing his hands he went to put on the same gloves he'd just cross contamined with his dirty hands. I was sick to my stomach and really just wanted to leave. He seemed very passive aggressive about my questioning him, but he eventually washed his hands and got a new box of gloves. Unfortunately, I had already placed my order through the app which doesn't let you cancel so I had no choice but to let him make the order. Then he placed my sandwich on the counter, and when I asked claimed they used sanitizer every hour. I genuinely don't trust anything this guy says, but I thank God I was there to watch him make my food because God knows what would've been in it!! This guy seriously needs a cross contamination class because I'm completely grossed out by this experience. I hate that there is no other Firehouse on my way home or the option to cancel an order before it's made. I will NEVER come back to this place again.

I’m a disable Vet., and I go to the Winder store once in a while and I always got my sub free. But for some reason that was not the case and this person refused to serve me and asked me to leave. I did not get loud or cause a seen in the store, I feel this person needs to realize that out of all of this the most disrespectful thing was not to serve. I paid for my food and she just canceled my orders for not reason.
