Jackie is an amazing employee. She went above and beyond my expectations for customer service support as well as the other employees working tonight making our sandwiches. Our coupons weren’t working and Jackie took the time to call her manager and get things straightened out for me - as expensive as everything is these days, that helped a lot. Never going again! Worst salad ever! Whole lettuce cores and brown lettuce! They warmed the deli ham and turkey and put it on top of the salad, then put a lid on it. It was wet with steam, wilted and cooked. So Gross! Asked for a refund and they said no manager there and they could not! Funny, manager is never there. Filed a complaint with corporate. No one gives a flip if I am out money or lunch either. Worst food and customer service! Never again!

Today was the 1st time getting a delivery that out of 3 subs 3 were wrong. I'm allergic to onions so I didn't get to eat one. They were the sloppiest covered with so much a mayo that the food would not stay on the bread and you needed a wet one and two paper towels to eat a 6-in sub.. and no one got a pickle so I will never eat at that location ever again. It took them an hour and 35 minutes to have them ready for the delivery guy, the delivery guy was wonderful..

The sandwiches are a mess just thrown together, the box was nasty. Online order ask for no mayo it was covered top and bottom sickeningly ! This has happened twice in out done with FH.

I went into the store to get my order. It wasn't quite ready. I waited about 15 minutes past the time my receipt said it would be ready. But this was because there was a large order ahead of me and there were only 2 workers in the restaurant at the time.
