I ordered online and they messed up the sandwich ?. And Iv called 6 times and they aren’t answering. Mind you when I went to pick up my order it wasn’t busy. So I’m paying a good amount of money for a SUB and they won’t even answer the phone. Now I’m at work and can’t leave and have a sub that I don’t want to eat ?. Great ?

I must give an extra star because the food isn't bad. BUT Katrina ____ the store manager NEEDS to be retrained on how to train her staff! All they hire is young men who let all their friends back behind the counter. None of the employees know how to give a refund on the computer system, which clearly means they were never properly trained. Katrina you need to be properly trained on how to lead your staff and you've failed to do so. For no one to know how to work the computer system is just poor and improper management. When I came in the lady even asked a young man working there if he knew, this guy was playing with a toy gun when I arrived and didn't budge to get up and try to help, like a good employee would.New management! New staff!I understand this is just Winder and getting well educated people is difficult in this city.... but something must be done to improve the quality of good restaurant etiquette.Still never got my refund btw.

I won't be back to this location. I order my sandwich FULLY LOADED and they only ever put mayo and light lettuce on it. This has happened the past 3 times ive been but it's my fault for still going back. Oh! I never get my extra pickles neither.
The wheat bread here was noticably subpar compared to other Firehouse Subs locations. For one, they didn't toast it. But it also seemed more like a tasteless spongy store-bought roll than the usual slightly sweet and chewy texture that I love. Unfortunately it seriously detracted from the taste. I won't come back to this location.

Ordered last night (8-4-23) online around 6 and paid for everything online and went to get my food at the time they said I should be there to get it and the store was closed doors locked and lights off . So I knocked on the door I called and nothing, so now I'm out 60 bucks and didn't get my

I visited this location on Friday and my sandwich was good;however the area where the food is prepared, the vents and the lights were consumed with dust. Each area should be cleaned, but especially those areas.
