I ordered the new Toasted Italian sub. I got a wrap. I kindly asked to get the toasted sub and they argued its a Tuscan wrap. They made me a new sub and left out tomato. I asked for tonato and handed me that then threw out the unopened wrap. I wss too scared to ask for mustard. Hard pass!! Deleting the app.
I placed an online order of one small sandwich, bag of chips and a fountain COKE with a side of kickin ranch. Got the order and the sandwich and chips were right but the drink was a SPRITE and there was no kickin ranch (that I paid for). I don't drink Sprite so I put it in the trash. I called the store to talk to the manager and was told there was no manager there that day. I left my name and number and no one called back. I decided to give them another chance today and placed my order and then called to ask them to please make sure it was a Coke and not a sprite. The assistant manager is who I spoke with (she wouldn't give me her name) and she was SO rude. I asked for the manager and again was told there was no manager on duty. I said well will you please just make sure my order is right today and she hung up on me. I sure wish there would've been a way to cancel the order at that point. Still haven't received my order so I can't wait to see if it is right or not. I will NOT be giving them another chance after today! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and that girl does NOT need to be an assistant manager.

My regular sized $8.99 sub had just one slice of turkey on it. I was already back at work by the time I opened my sub to find that I pretty much paid for bread and a couple vegetables. Submitted a complaint online only to receive a corporate response letting me know that they can’t help and to reach out to the location. Nothing worse than getting a pitiful lunch on a work day.

Their bread was burnt and really dry. Suggestion, if you eat, here is to have them make it in front of you instead of ordering online.

Arrived at the store at 12:40 pm. Lights were off, 3 employees were sitting in booths drinking Dunkin’. There are no hours listed on the door, so I pulled the handle. It was locked but at that time the employees got up and started turning lights on and pulling food out. An employee came to the door and apologized that they wouldn’t be open until 1pm because employees did not show up until 11-11:30am.
I have no complaints about the food I eventually got, but if I were the franchise owner, I would want to know if my employees were purposely not opening the store, but sitting in the dark enjoying their coffee on company time.

Please trust the reviews and skip Jimmy John's in Winder. I just went in to grab a sub for lunch and the whole experience was a disappointment. The 2 girls working behind the counter today are extremely rude. I was really nice to them, and when people are really nice to you, I don't know how you're able to be ugly to them. It's not possible for me to be a jerk to someone who's really nice to me. I asked for an 8in tuna sandwich and a bag of chips. It cost $11.26. After I paid, I noticed a sign under the register that said $10 meal deal. I paid more money to just get a sandwich and chips than I would have paid for that plus a drink and cookie. Did the blonde lady mention that when ringing me up? Absolutely not. I got over it quickly. I guess it's my fault for not seeing it before I paid. The purple haired lady made my sandwich, put it in a bag, and kind of tossed it on the edge of the counter. Instead of laying an 8" long sandwich down on the counter, she put it upright, which makes it extremely top heavy. Before I even had time to reach out to grab the bag, it fell on the floor. Did she apologize for dropping my food on the ground? Of course not! That would have been polite and these girls are most definitely NOT polite. The best part is when I get back to work to eat my sandwich, I notice that there isn't any tuna visible when I go to take my first bite. I opened it up and saw why. She put a scoop of tuna in the middle of the sandwich and didn't even bother to to spread it out. I guess spreading the tuna out over the entire sandwich would have been too much to ask. The bottom of the bread is so hard that I think it sat out all night. Lucky me. The tuna sandwich just tastes like onion. I didn't even think it was possible for tuna to not taste like tuna. Tuna is a pretty strong flavor, but this is an onion sandwich. Never again.

It was all good with my unwich, but I did have it on my pre-order for napkins (jeez those things can be messy) AND I asked for them at the window before he handed my order to me AND I asked if they were in the bag when he DID hand me the order. Shame on me for just taking his word for it.

This is the smallest sub! Very thin and the whole thing can easily fit in one hand. I know they use to be bigger than this. Barely anything inside the sandwich! Also the kickin ranch sauce use to be 25 cents. Now its $1. Save your money and go somewhere else!

First walked in and felt like I was bothering them. I didn't get a pickle slice on one of my subs I ordered. I asked for cucumbers and banana peppers on my sub and didn't get it. Horrible service, won't go

Maybe someone should get the tech company and figure out how to tell the app when a store doesn’t have a driver to deliver food after you place an order
