This is the smallest sub! Very thin and the whole thing can easily fit in one hand. I know they use to be bigger than this. Barely anything inside the sandwich! Also the kickin ranch sauce use to be 25 cents. Now its $1. Save your money and go somewhere else!

First walked in and felt like I was bothering them. I didn't get a pickle slice on one of my subs I ordered. I asked for cucumbers and banana peppers on my sub and didn't get it. Horrible service, won't go

Maybe someone should get the tech company and figure out how to tell the app when a store doesn’t have a driver to deliver food after you place an order

I haven't eaten at JJ in a long time, but this was terrible. The sub bread was so hard we couldn't eat it. It was literally hard as a rock. I wasn't able to take it back because we got it to go and we were already far away from the store once we realized it. As expensive as this was I would expect them to at least check the bread before serving. Also this wasn't for just 1 sandwich we ordered 3 different ones. 1 regular size and 2 large and they were all like this. I won't be back!

Very disappointing! I normally love Jimmy John's but this location is awful. With most JJ locations, you get your money's worth; however, this is not the case in Winder. We ordered 3 sub sandwiches and each had only 2 slices of meat and next to no lettuce or tomato. We had bread sandwiches and not subs.

I’m not one to leave a bad review (especially for Jimmy John’s) but I just went to this location and was turned away as a customer because they “couldn’t break a $100 bill”. Ok…multi-million dollar company and you don’t accept United State Currency- no thank you! I love my free smells but since being turned down for how I choose to pay, I won’t be returning to another Jimmy John’s ever again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CALLED IN TO DISCUSS OUR SANDWICHES NOT BEING MADE CORRECT AND EMPLOYEE STARTED CURSING OUTLOUD! MAYBE YOU SHOULD OF MUTED THE PHONE BEFORE RUNNING YOUR MOUTH! SPEND THE EXTRA AND GO TO JERSEY MIKE'S

I love this place. The bread is always fresh. The sandwich is well put together, and my half sweet, half unsweetened tea is always on point. The service at the drive thru has always been great.

Ordered the Caprese Pesto, vegetarian option that is on the online menu, but apparently this location doesn’t have that sandwich, only the salami one. Got all the way home before I realized and called the store. They didn’t really care or offer any sort of accommodation for this error.

I didn’t order tomato on my sandwich. If im gonna pay 10 bucks for a regular don’t put toppings I didn’t ask for on it.

I'm currently sitting in their drive thru. They have walked past multiple times, and will not acknowledge me. This place opens at 1030. No professionalism anymore. Might want to rethink your staff.

He wanted me to pay with card. Said couldn't open cash drawer so paid with correct cash and he opened the cash drawer and put it in. Strange really Strange
