I had a coupon that could only be used inside so I went inside to use it. The two ladies working were very friendly. The food was a little greasy but overall it was a good experience. The restaurant could use a good cleaning (wiping down the tables, sweeping, cleaning the restrooms etc).

my fiance was nice enough to get us some food after he got off work. he placed an order on doordash hoping it would be ready when he got off. he proceeded to wait almost an hour on our food, and had to get someones attention and ask them to give him the bag after they set it on a counter minutes earlier and walked away- knowing he was waiting. i run a restaurant and this was absolutely shocking to me. i love kfc chicken but we never get it because this location is the only one close to us and is a constant dissapointment with customer service. half the time we go, we have to wait at the speaker for several minutes before anyone will take our order- and then they act bothered by us. thats not how you treat customers and its obvious they dont care. management needs to get their shit together, no one should wait an hour on fast food.

I came to this restaurant today and went thru drive thru ordered my food, and was asked to park and they would bring my food out. After waiting 30 minutes I went inside to see what the problem was. It was now 6:43 pm, staff was rude and very argumentative about what was taking so long with the order. Manager at that time walk around front of store, never even ask what the problem was, and never addressed the issue. Instead she was just strolling along as if a paying customer didn’t matter. Something needs to be done about such horrible customer service. This happened on 08/05/2025 from 6:00 pm in the afternoon.

I just came to KFC at 9PM and the doors were locked even though they close at 10:30PM. I figured it was drive thru only, so after I got back to my car, I went through the drive thru. Not only did the mashed potatoes that I requested not have gravy on them (because I lowk do not fw the gravy at KFC) have gravy on them, but we didn’t even get forks (or napkins), so I am about to finger my mashed potatoes. Thanks team! ❤️ 👇🥔

Well, it's always a hit or miss, with this place, and today was a miss. They pulled me up to wait on chicken, brought it out, and the fries were cold, and they didn't give me my cream cheese bites.wrnt back yo get them and they were old .I Give up!!!!!!

Walked in to order, first thing I heard was profanity and shouting from the kitchen. Stood there at counter waiting on someone to take order. Finally a person that clearly hated her job took my order then started looking at her cell phone. I will never go to this KFC again.

Went there last night around 8:30 , the chicken was so dark , it was over cooked, customer was waiting on fries for 30 minutes. I called back from 8:45-9:00 to tell of my dissatisfaction with my order, Noone ever answered the phone. Started calling again today since 2pm still no answer, very poor Management the bathrooms were dirty and smelly business was slow..I use to love this place now I'm saddened by what it has become i want my money back! I will continue to call. Maybe they will answer before close..unsatisfied customer 🤔

Worst place to order food, I ordered thru DoorDash at 930 and three dasher went to the store and left because no one was at the at window, doors was locked, online it states y’all close at 10:30 not 10pm not 9:59. Y’all need better workers seriously.

It had been a long time since I was here and I was pleased to see the interior had been refreshed & everything was clean. Service was good & the food was delicious. I had forgotten they offer an extra crispy version. I'll get that next time because there WILL be a next time.

I ordered on the app at 7:30pm. Pick up time was 8:15pm. I was expecting to use the drive-thru, but was told it was not ready, and had to come in. OK that's understandable, and I would have been more understanding if it took only 20 minutes of waiting. I did not leave until 9:40pm. It does not take over two hours to fry a 16pc chicken meal. On top of that I was not the only customer waiting 1 hour+. Also the dining area is just absolutely filthy. Tables were greasy and sticky, with food debris all over them.
The people working here turned a 10 minute errand into 1+ hour of being stared at, and being talked down to with cheap and fast ways to try and placate me to try and save face.

The most important thing I don’t like is people vaping around the food. They are rude to their workers and customers. I seen a young man yell at a woman old enough to be his mother as a 21 year old I don’t respect that. Trust me I understand everyone has a role at work and it can be stressful when busy, but that just ain’t cool. For them to make me leave a review that should tell you how bad they are ,but every job has potential hopefully they take this and do better.
