Little Girl in the window handed me my change and said “here” I thought I was tripping. Then when my food was ready, she said “here” then handed it to me. Need to teach your employees some customer service/people skills

I love Krystal's. These were like last weeks! Dry, hard no flavor! The buns were old and crumbly. If I hadn't been traveling, or had checked them before I was several miles down the road, I would've gone back!

I don't eat burgers, but my husband loves Krystal's. When we visit family in Georgia, we have to make sure to stop by one on the way home to South Carolina.
Came through tonight and got 5 cold disgusting Krystals. They were literally cold and the cheese was hard. Just gross. And since there were others in the drive-thru we couldn’t go back in to exchange them.

They are the nicest people and they have the best food . I drive from Covington ga to Lawrenceville for Krystal's. This restaurant is the best . If you want a crystal like it's supposed to be go to Lawrenceville .
