We came from out of town to do a photo shoot with our 3 little ones & the service salad bar and pizza and wings all was amazing!! We got a supreme pizza and cheese pizza with the cheese crust on both & man was it great!! We got lemon pepper wings and the memfis wings dry rub. Savanah was our server & she was fantastic & kind!!

I have to say, I don't know if I remember this place correctly but if I do it's not the same as it use to be. The prices are ridiculous for the price of two small pizzas and cheese sticks from this place you can get 2 medium hand tossed pizzas, wings and a coke from a different pizza place. Plus their pizzas here are so small a small pizza here is smaller than you would get elsewhere. Also the crust is so thin compared to the toppings they put on it. I got the kens meat and it was literally falling apart because the dough was soggy. I honestly lost my appetite from it. This is the third time in a year like this delivery. I would not recommend. Save your money and get delivery where you can get more for your money.

An amazing place to bring friends and families for some good food
I recently ordered from Mazzio's and while the food itself was decent, I had a very uncomfortable experience with the delivery driver. When he arrived, he informed me that my initial tip wasn't sufficient because the restaurant was a significant distance from my workplace, claiming it was a 14-mile drive. Feeling put on the spot, I added an extra $5 to my original tip, bringing the total to $28. However, after looking up the restaurant's location, I discovered it's only 5.5 miles from my work, not the 14 miles the driver stated. This discrepancy is concerning. While I understand delivery drivers should be compensated fairly, I don't appreciate being pressured into giving a larger tip based on false information. It left me feeling manipulated and quite frankly, annoyed. I enjoy Mazzio's food, but this experience makes me hesitant to order delivery from them again. I would suggest Mazzio's addresses this issue with their drivers to ensure customers aren't being misled about delivery distances.

The server was pleasant, the food was not good. The calzone was almost as flat as a Frisbee and was crunchy. The pizza was an odd shape and was extra crust somehow. We had to get the attention of the other server for refills. She was very sweet and fast and offered us to go cups. It was our first time here. So disappointed in a non-chain pizza shop.
