Ordered a pizza at 5:50 and it is now 8:15. Still no pizza, no phone call, no nothing. Their excuse …. “ well we are really busy !”. FINALLY DoorDash calls … they are on the other end of the county at the wrong house. Get it together !!! Now not only am I hungry, I am HANGRY !!! Never again.
Nicholas was extremely helpful, honest and polite. The Parmesan crusted cheese steak papadilla was phenomenal!!! Definitely get that again. The pizza was decent but the chicken poppers leave a lot to be desired.
It was my first time there and I WILL go again and try other menu options.
For a first experience I would give 5/5 for customer service. 5/5 got food in a timely manner. 4/5 for the food
Food sat outside for 30 minutes because they never followed their own protocol(ring doorbell/call to let you know it arrived/etc). Call the store and get told I’m lucky all my food made it and I should be happy with that by the manager on duty.
