This Location gave our prepared pickup order to the wrong person and then acted like it was our fault. Asked if they could remake the order since we had already payed for it and that it wasn’t our fault they handed it out to a random person and they refused expecting us to pay for a new order.

Terrible service! Order was never marked complete on Uber Eats. Never got food. When we called to ask about the order, the person was not helpful and only said the food was picked up. Even though I watched the app the whole time, and the food was never marked ready or picked up.

Everything was all good until I saw how the food was being handled at this location. Barehanded! Barehanded after wiping their hands in their clothes, counter tops, pizza boxes and more! No gloves or hairnets worn AT ALL! The customer service is cool & they do a good job getting you your order in a timely fashion but wiping your nose, coughing into your hands, touching objects and then touching someone’s pizza toppings is a no go!‼️I spoke to them about it and all I got was “we’re in a rush, sorry”.. no more eating here for meeeee!

Today is Halloween night could have planned this night ahead and have extra staff members, our pizza was pre ordered almost two hours ahead of time and when we came to pick it up we ended up waiting for an extra hour, the line was so long people were all concerned, I mean it’s Friday night and holiday, the management is poor, the service is poor😏

Oriana The manager took really good care of a messed up order today. No hesitation she did far better on Rectifying a bad situation with the order than DoorDash did. That kind of customer service will go far with her career wherever she goes! She’s a valuable asset and companies need more people like her!

It was refreshing to see smiling faces and earnest, hardworking young people behind the counter when I picked up my order. The team work was phenomenal and I left with a smile.

A somewhat better than usual Papa's order. Expensive as ALL get out for meager portions for just a regular pie.
If we weren't tired and didn't wanna cook we would defiantly not order from here again.
If you're tired and have NO palate or taste buds... this will make the you know what happen. Other than a laxative and you just want a dinner delivered in 2 or 3 hours .... IDK you are on your own...
