I went into the winder location on 8/3/25
And we were waiting for someone on the counter for about 10 mins and there was nobody to assist. I had to call to the place and then the counter person came in. They were standing outside looking at us waiting while on the phone for that whole time. What really bothered me was that he was chuckling when they saw us coming into the store and did not attempt to say I'll be with you shortly, which we would have understand I did retail for years and sometimes you have to take a call. It's unbelievable I had to call to the store for them to come in and not even greet or say anything, which makes me think that if I didn't they would have never come in. A very distasteful experience at that Pizza Hut

Asked them to double the pepp through Uber eats and they DID! Might have told them I loved them, but that's beside the point! They are great, always coming through! Thanks Nae 😊😊

Ordered the new cheesy crust pizza, they didn't include the dips... whole reason to try this promo. The promo price was $13.99... but charge my daughter +$20. Called the store 3 times... no one picks up... it rolls over to customer service and they can't do anything about it... like what the heck is the purpose of customer service you can't do a refund. The whole process is an absolute joke. Pizza Hut... you failed!!!

If you're not going to accept an order 45 MINUTES before you close, you should just close earlier.
If I could give them zero stars the service sucks every employee in there has terrible attitudes except for the young guy that works the pizza oven he is only one that does his job the ones working counter very lazy and rude I seen dashers in there waiting for order 20 and 40 minutes for their customers orders and it would be in the warmer the whole time and their drivers are rude and break every traffic law is there is if you want a friendly atmosphere good food and good service don't go to this pizza hut or order from this pizza hut

If I could give this place less than a 1 star, I would. I placed an order delivery online and somehow it got switched to carryout. I called to ask the store manager Zak about the statist of the order, but he was nothing but rude and condescending to me on the phone.
I called the store manager Natalie the next day to make sure I would get my refund back, but she was rude and had an attitude towards me too. Both managers stated it would take 2-3 business day to get my money back on my card but failed to offer me any rewards or points for my troubles.
I'm glad I didn't get a pizza from this location because after reading all of the reviews, I more than likely would have been disappointed and dissatisfied.

This was my FIRST order and will probably my last. The pizza was dry with hardly any marinara sauce, they were out of Italian sausage but wouldn't allow another meat substitution, my breadsticks we not cooked all the way but the wings were as dry and over cooked as dirt. Spending over $40 I was hoping for better food however upon arrival I asked for just 2 extra marinara sauces to which I had to pay almost $3 extra dollars for.. WOW PIZZA HUT, JUST WOW!!!

This Pizza Hut location is unprofessional and incredibly rude to its customers. As a regular customer, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect until my recent encounter with the so-called "manager," Zack Mullens. I tried using my reward points when placing an order, but the system wouldn’t let me complete the transaction. After multiple attempts, I was advised to visit the location and show my points in person.
When I arrived and calmly explained the situation, Zack Mullens, the "manager," rudely threatened to kick me out of the store. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, one of the employees even tried to intimidate me by staring me down. I’ve never experienced such disrespect from any business I’ve been loyal to.
I’ve spent over $60 every time I ordered from this location, but after this incident, I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again unless they take proper action and reprimand this power-hungry "manager." Disrespecting loyal customers is unacceptable.

It’s been years since I ordered from Pizza Hut so tonight I thought what the heck let’s order. To say it was absolutely disgusting is an understatement! I will never order from them again!! It was cold, hardly any cheese (even tho I ordered extra cheese) and just tasteless! What has happened to Pizza Hut..? It used to be so good.. ugh my homemade pizzas taste better than this. I feel sorry for the owner!!
