Wonderful people. You need to make a visit and some purchases. Thanks guys.
Can’t wait until Rock Solid Distillery is able to reopen. Absolutely love listening to Stoney’s stories while he plays his music playlist and sipping whiskey together. Stoney’s son, Stone, is also incredibly friendly, toured us through the distillery, showed us maps and other trinkets discussed In The Red Clay season 1 Podcast. This family has put so much into this dream and it MUST reopen for them (& us patrons!) to continue to share their lives with us in a way that is so genuine and refreshing, not to mention an incredible whiskey that I need to restock my home with.
Went to Winder specifically to visit this place. We ended up eating lunch and visiting a few stores afterwards. Had planned on going again, but looks like the city and landlord shut them down. Oh well I won’t be going to Winder anytime soon.

At a loss of words. Came all the way from California & 100% worth my time. All love stonie & stone.
Great people, atmosphere, and the best whiskey I have tasted.
Visit this distillery! Great spirits and a super interesting story to tell. You won't be disappointed!
Why are you guys Closed?
Well worth the drive from afar to meet the real "Stoney Birt" and son Stone. They welcome you into a warm, relaxing atmosphere and every second of your stay will be one you will never forget #rocksoliddistillery
The whiskey is worth the drive , very smooth. I have a new favorite, sorry JB JD WT ?.The story behind the man & the recipe is part of history.Great local Whiskey & Brandy.

A friend and I visited the distillery recently. It's a welcoming spot, full of memorabilia. She was shopping for gifts for her son, and, as avid listeners of "In the Red Clay," we both wanted to meet Stoney and Stone. We were treated to a sample of a new, chocolaty brew at the bar (could be addictive!), and, even better, got to listen firsthand to some of Stoney's stories.Go--you won't be disappointed!
Was out of town on biz. Found this place, and although small, it has a down home feel. the guys were awesome to talk to! Even though I’m a northerner. Lol.What history here! Their product is some of the best I’ve ever had! Peach brandy, apple brandy and Their tomato shine was out of this world!A must stop if your ever in the region!
Amazing place...a must visit for a great drink and awesome people. Listen to the podcast before you...#InTheRedClay
This is a great place with awesome people! If you haven't listened to the podcast, In the Red Clay, then you need to, like right now. So glad you meet Stone, Chris and Alto.
Southern hospitality is abundant here. Great people, and great conversation. My pawpaw always said you can tell a good man by his liquor he makes and all are exceptional here.
