So I had not been to a Ruby Tuesday in many years, but felt like I wanted to try it since I was in the area and locations now are few and far between. Didn’t go in with super high expectations but….this place was EXCELLENT. Great service, great food, fantastic salad bar. This was around 5:30pm on New Years Day and it was fairly dead inside, but it’s a place that deserves to be busy. The restaurant looks a bit dated but I actually found that to be charming. I don’t usually write reviews anymore but this restaurant experience was so good that I felt compelled to do so.

The baked potato I received with my take out was completely overcooked and unedible. It was unwrapped in my togo box so they knew for sure when they put it in there it was dried out. I couldn't even cut through this thing, it was so hard. Threw it right in the trash. Dirty sticky carpet if you eat inside. A sure sign of failure. Food is exactly what you expect from a run down 1990's restaurant chain. Eat anywhere else but here. You have been warned!

She was incredibly attentive, She had a friendly, upbeat attitude that really made the meal feel special. Even the manager Kristi came by to check on us and was super helpful and kind. If you’re lucky enough to have Brandi as your server, you’re in for a fantastic experience! Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, the service is warm, attentive, and friendly without ever feeling rushed. The food is absolutely amazing — every dish comes out fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they serve.
The managers go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and valued. They’re often out on the floor checking in with tables, which makes the whole experience feel personal and genuine. It’s rare to find a restaurant that nails both the food and the hospitality every single time, but this one absolutely does.

The women and men in the restaurant exude great performance, kindness, and provide the Southern comfort Georgia has come to love. If you would like a pleasant dining experience for any time of the day honestly, which includes a buffet/bar like experience with classic restaurant tropes, then I would go here. It'll be worth your time.
