Use to love this restaurant, the owner has completely changed everything. You use to be able to make your meal and they would hand it to you at the counter. Now they take your order and they bring you your food. Spent 20 minutes waiting on nachos and there was no one on the restaurant. Not to mention my order came out wrong…bad decision on changing the way things were done

Dry burger..... brisket burrito contains a small portion of filling so you feel like you're eating a giant rolled up tortilla.

Several problems during our dining experience here. They were out of totchos and dirty pillows. We ordered our food at 6:32 PM. Half of our order came out by 7:00PM, a burger and a quesadilla. We had also ordered a large queso, and two more quesadillas (we were a party of four). We were approached and told they ran out of the burrito shells and were asked if using smaller taco shells would be a satisfactory alternative and they would match the amount of food. We said yes (not knowing the size). When the rest of our order finally came out at 7:15PM it was almost laughable. The quesadilla made with the taco shells was not the same amount of food. My quesadilla had a dismal amount of chicken in it. I might as well have gotten a cheese quesadilla. Overall for what we ordered it took entirely too long and was quite overpriced. And what kind of Mexican/Mexican fusion restaurant runs out of burrito shells before 7pm on a Saturday?

This place use to be so good, they would make it as you picked the items you wanted or didn't want. It is not that way now. The owner completely changed the flow of the place, and increased prices a good bit. You go up and order, but no longer do you get to built your perfect meal, you now pick from what they call signature items. You can still do it the old way, kinda, but it is much more confusing and slower, then before, I know its a new set up, but I'm hoping it goes back to how it was. I will say the staff is still good and are making the best of a bad decision from their boss.

We would go here regularly for lunch, but with their most recent changes to how they serve their food, that is likely coming to an end.

Prior, this was a Chipotle-esque Taco Bar, where you got to pick your toppings in a short line before getting to the checkout. Now, they've a small, condensed menu of "Signature" preparations.

We were told we could still "order the old way", and so we did. However, the meal for two that used to be in the $30s was now $50. We ordered two half-orders of nachos and two fountain drinks.

Once our food was delivered to my table and I began eating, I noticed that the quality of food had taken a hit as well. Maybe it was an off day, but the queso was far too runny and the chips under seasoned.

The staff was still as friendly as ever, and I'm not upset at them at all. The place was still clean, just undergoing some more renovations.

Just a warning to those going who expect what it used to be, as it may not be anymore.

This is worth making a long drive for dinner. There’s something creative and legendary for everyone with the best people you could dream of operating the place. The hardest part is choosing WHAT to get, but you can’t go wrong. A dream of a restaurant.

Used to love this place then they either switched owner or manager and they totally changed the whole place. They don’t make your food immediately anymore. And they hiked their prices way up! Not a fun easy taco place anymore. Dinner for two ran about $60.

What a nice little restaurant!!

My girlfriend and I have gone here several times and it is always such a treat! I have pictured the nachos (full and half order). In case you can’t tell from the picture, the full order of nachos is GARGANTUAN!! Only a VERY large, hungry man could finish that bad boy! Naturally, I accomplished it no problem.

I only knocked stars on service because they were out of carne asada and I had to wait ~10 minutes until they had another batch ready.

Very delicious and I am sure we will visit here again if we are in the area!

Every time I come in here it is amazing! With live music on some Saturdays and all of the fun events that they host, this is my favorite place in winder!!! Carlos is the best bartender and always makes my jalapeño margaritas perfectly! Highly suggest getting with either a tajin rim or their house rub! 😋😋😋

Kid-friendliness: Usually have kid's cartoons on!

Olivia gave great drink suggestions and was a great and engaging bartender. Chips & queso were AMAZING. To quote my husband the chips are “ the best thing this town has to offer” .

I'd like to start by saying the food was excellent & the staff was friendly. Had just had Mexican food several times in the last week so tried the gringo burger & loved it. We also had the staple bowl & it was very good as well. The only downsides were the scattering of chips I got with the burger were tasty, if a little overcooked. The bowl didn't come even with the small handful of chips which seemed odd.

The other issue was cleanliness, they were having a kids event so were busy but the bathrooms & dining area could've used more attention. Nothing major or that would keep us from going back.
