This store has gone down hill quickly. Many times I have visited lately and they were out of product and/or were temporarily not about to take order because of there P.o.s. system. Now the last 5 times I have been there ,with either my grandkids or my children, the system will decline( while having the funds very much available) my card and they will act like it was my fault. Then to have them run it a couple more times for it to go through with no problem. This is not only embarrassing but causes a back up in line and not good business. The last time the young lady at the window tells me it was my fault and why wouldn't I have more than one form of payment. It's not the fact that I don't have another form of .payment ( which I have several) it's the fact this is the card I do my business on and there is no reasoning it shouldn't work. I have never had a problem with this card at any other business and / or eating & drinking establishments. I don't do the reviews thing or tell on businesses but I have said something to them there and other people around there and seems like it falls on deaf ears.Maybe the owner or franchise director will see this and rectify this problem. Yes I could and do go to other places but as a person born and raised in this area I love keeping money,jobs, and hangouts local for families and young people to celebrate our beautiful community.Any onq0⁹e else have this problem with this location here?
Ten minutes and had to drive off. No order taken. No acknowledgement. Went to Wendy's

i arrived at 1130 after prom- i drove up to the carhop and pressed the button twice with no answer so i go in the drive through line and after waiting for another 10 minutes at 11:51 i was met with a “we are closed” after taking every order in front of me- and i was the last in line. disappointed in the service i received.

25 minutes for 2 sprites a double smash burger with a medium tater tot that came with 10 tater tots. Asked what was going on with the order after 15mins, someone answered and said “let me find out” and that’s the last I heard from anyone until my food came out 10minutes later. I just moved here and have been to Sonic all over the east coast. Worst Sonic by far and will never go back.

I'm giving this only 2 stars i went here with my friends and we wait over 3 and 1/2 hours!! We arrived there at 9 and I had to go up to see what 2 slushys and a small tatter tot was taking so long! There was only 2 people on staff! And only 1 and I mean 1 was working while the girl was just sitting on one of the tables smoking and not helping the poor boy out!! Yes we eventually got our food and drinks but it was litterly after midnight and there was barely anyone there other than 2 other cars that why I'm giving it 2 stars becuase at least the young man was doing his very best

Apparently they close at 10 on Thursdays. News to me. The big one was rude.
Why do you give me two Sonic Smashers when I specifically and accurately ordered two Sonic Cheeseburgers? Why....why....why? You also forgot an order of tots. Unfortunately, this was noticed after I got home...22 miles away (our local Sonic closed a year ago). I would expect drive-thru service like this from Whataburger, but not Sonic. Unacceptable! At least the food was good. Please do better.

This sonic isn't a busy one especially when I come here but they sure do act like they're are because I gotta wait almost an hour just for our food to come out. One time we waited an hour and a half just to press the button to ask where our food was and have the work say "I'm sorry I don't see your order." Like...you literally placed our order on the screen and have us pick cash or card what do you mean you don't have our order??? Sonic I've been reading your replies to people's reviews and you gotta stop saying sorry and actually do something about this. It's honestly embarrassing to see that the service is still slow after all the 1 star reviews on here. You're not doing anything. It's sad too because u actually love sonic and their food (when the workers actually do their jobs and quick with food service)

I have been waiting, 20 minutes, to just place and order. And no one hasn't even greeted me yet. Several cars before be have even pulled off.
This is ridiculous, a greeting would have been better than nothing at all.

Drive through got home gave me wrong food then food barely has any lettuce tomato forgot to add bacon.
