Why do you give me two Sonic Smashers when I specifically and accurately ordered two Sonic Cheeseburgers? Why....why....why? You also forgot an order of tots. Unfortunately, this was noticed after I got home...22 miles away (our local Sonic closed a year ago). I would expect drive-thru service like this from Whataburger, but not Sonic. Unacceptable! At least the food was good. Please do better.

Always great food. Service is hit and miss and today was definitely a miss. I ordered on the app. Five minutes after checking in at the stall it said my food was on the way. 10 minutes later I had to press the red button on the stall to ask for my order threat never arrived. I will say Sonic is clearly going down. I remember fast friendly service, but now customers seem to be an inconvenience to the employees and the food is okay at best.

The last time I was there, the guy that took my order was not speaking, so I could understand and was acting as if he couldn't hear me, then tried to overcharge because even though I ordered a #4 with tots and a strawberry lemonade (just like that), I didn't get my total before going to the window, he told me to pull up for the total so i couldn't...
