The service in the speakeasy is awful. They treat you poorly and when I witnessed a dispute between 2 drunk individuals they only threw out the one who didn’t have a larger party. They didn’t even say anything to the guy who shoved the other person. Skip this place if you want to feel safe because security won’t protect you, just their dollar and friends.

We were there for a good 15 minutes..... No one noticed or talked to us. The worst thing you can do as an establishment is to make someone seem invisible.

Wish I could put zero stars. The bar tenders are very rude and disrespectful. Not only this but the security guards will cause problems for no reason. This has been so far the worst bar in winder Ga. Also, the atmosphere is very off and music is too loud and its only geared towards Hispanics. This is America not mexico!!!!

Used to love coming down to the speakeasy. However, never again. 20% automatic gratuity added to all checks is not ok. Where is the insensitive to actually do your job? Food was amazing as always, but that's about where the good ended. Guess I'll stay at the roof top from now on.

Such a waste of what could have been a great place. Corrupt and embezzling money gets you nowhere. Not to mention OSHA would have a field day in this bar with all the

Went here for a nice date. They were accommodating to us being a few minutes late to our reservation. The service was very good. The food was great! Worth the price and nice experience.

We went to Latin Flavors for the first time. The waitress was not very good and didn't pay attention to our table. Two of the appetizers were also not good....some mushrooms and the Ceviche. The mushrooms were served lukewarm and not good at all. The Ceviche had way too much sauce for our liking. We will try the restaurant again as the menu is very interesting.

Very disappointed with service and food. Three out of the four steaks that we ordered were not cooked correctly and the food was extremely salty. We ordered two family style sides, and one came out five minutes after our main course and the other was 10 minutes after our main course. I also ordered a coffee drink that was cold. When you spend $500 on a meal, you expect the quality to match the price.

Our server was wonderful. We had the salmon and the scallops and the Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. We also had the peach and berry cobbler. Delicious. We would definitely come there again.

Higher end steak houses are abundant and ubiquitous, so it says something that I would now place this one in my top five. Ever. No kidding. And this was after eating my way across Manhattan for the previous week--seriously, this place is in Winder, GA? The price point is fair at $40-60 depending on the cut and weight, so perhaps a bit less than a steakhouse in a large metro area, but still on par in quality and preparation in every way. Service was attentive and good; the tables were well-apportioned; and the atmosphere is quite elegant. Let's face it -- that's a little surprising for a small-town enterprise. But the food is what set our experience apart by far. The chorizo-crusted strip, filet and also the tuna were perfectly cooked and very flavorful. (We had one steak out of six entrees that got to MW temp instead of the requested MR--but the restaurant made quick work of correcting that.) Go with the delicious rustic mashed potatoes over the fries. Appetizers and other sides are all a la carte and made to share. I'm sure those are also good, but we stuck with just a generous wedge salad and the complementary potatoes. (Who really needs more when a 14 oz. steak is coming to the plate?) I was impressed with the tasty and inventive cocktails, and a glance at the bar tells me that someone knows a thing or two around bourbon, too. The wine list is small enough not to intimidate diners, but wide enough to find something to please any palate. We will be back--I want to check out the affiliated "speakeasy" and the rooftop space in warmer weather! (I'd love to see this restaurant expand to adjacent downtown Monroe where, in my opinion, the vibe and clientele would be a perfect fit!)

Cutting off your nose to spite your face! Credit Card Surcharge fee!!! In Winder, GA. Research shows the average consumer will spend 12-18% more when using a credit card rather than cash. Customers are likely to order an extra drink, order an appetizer, dessert, etc. With that being said, Latin Flavors has made the decision to charge a 2.5-3.0% Credit Card Surcharge to your bill so they can recoup the cost of doing business. I have heard a lot of positive things about Latin Flavors, but when we went tonight I asked for my steak medium rare and it came out medium well. I am not one to send food back and the flavors were excellent (credit where credit is due). Ordered the steak fries…steak juices all over the plate made the fries soggy, would prefer some sort of basket with paper in it to avoid the fries from getting soggy. Actually thought about dessert, but we decided against it. Get the bill and there is a CC surcharge. Not only that, but when it came to tipping the recommended tip was based off of the total with the extra surcharge. Now, none of this is the waitresses fault, and I have been raised right, so I did tip above the recommended 20%. But I will tell you this, I may talk about Latin Flavors, and CC surcharges may become the norm, but when I do talk about Latin Flavors I will make sure I mention that they are nickel and diming their customers over 3%.

The Food was absolutley amazing! The Drinks were Superb. The wait staff were all very kind and courteous but not very attentive there were many occasions we were looking for help but couldn't get anyone to come to our table.

Needed a nice place to take my family after my graduation. Was surprised when I came across this spot in Winder. The ambiance, food, and service was great! I want to emphasize the food and service was fantastic. My party was pretty large and they accommodated us very easily. They also have a speakeasy downstairs we checked out after dinner to keep the celebration going. The rooftop was closed, but all in all great experience and I would for sure reccommend.
