Placed an order at 2:50 for pick up at 6:55. They were all sitting in back yippying away just to tell me they dont have my cookies cooked. So i said fine i want my refund. To which they said we gonna cook now. Worse garbage customer service. Highly dissapointed.

The “manager” left the restroom door unlocked and I accidentally walked in on her. Once she returned to the work area she yelled at me for not knocking on the door. I’ve never knocked on a door in a public restaurant before, people usually lock the door when they are in the restroom. I asked to speak to the manager because she was yelling at me. She then informed me she was the manager. I then asked for a phone number for the owner she said it wouldn’t do any good unless I spoke Indian. It also sounded like she had a toddler in the back work area of the store.

I asked the Indian woman working in the front for a side of garlic aoli for my sandwich that I had just bought from them and she told me no . I even offered to pay for it . she was very rude . will not EVER go here again
