Melissa at store number 16121 made me not turn away from this store.

Sure, like any other Subway chain, they have their problems. But what makes one better than the other, and Subway a choice for sandwiches overall at the end of the day are two things. First, food consistency, and two, the experience I have buying that food.

With Melissa managing the store, this store delivers on both ends. She should train the other employees on how to handle themselves. I feel she already does as this store has gotten better.

Go Melissa and go Subway!

Placed an order online only to be called and told they were out of meatballs which we had 3 meatball subs. I then told him I’d like to replace with steak… guess what? Out of steak too. Might as well close the doors at that point

Second visit in 2 weeks for a meatball sub. Last week they were out of meatballs and this week they had meatballs but hardly any sauce on them. The sandwich artist Saif they did not have much sauce.. How do you not have sauce for the meatball sub that you have offered as a feature item on the menu? That was probably the last subway sub I'll ever eat. You concurred that I need to start cooking my own food. Thanks for that. #MAHA

That while the service was two very nice kids...whoever is in charge is not running it well. The eating area had a bad smell and they were out of ham, turkey, pickles and most their beverages. The bread on our sandwiches was completely stale and gross. The poor service had been having to go to publix all day just to get makings for the sandiwiches.

Why does this subway not have anything stocked. I tried ordering a couple of days ago and the app said they were out of everything I ordered, then tonight put a online order in and got there to pick it up, just to be told they are out of everything. Waste of time, and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded!! So disappointing!!!

Brandon was possibly the most personable subway employee I’ve ever met. Instead of simply waiting for my order and each ingredient he asked politely what I would like after each item. Little things like that can make an experience 100% better!

It was hard to get my 6 year old grandson prosthetic leg on but we did and come there , you have no footlong cookies so we will never be back EVER what a disappointment and waste of my time

Ordered through the app around 7;45 on a Tuesday and it still took 30 minutes to make. My sandwich artist leans heavy on the Jackson Pollack with just a touch of Money from his Giverny period. Tasted like a champ and they were BOGO, so it's all good with me!

THEY MADE MY SANDWICH HIDEN BEHIND A ROLL TOP SO I COULD NOT SEE. I ASKED FOR DOUBLE STEAK ON MY MONSTER FOOT LONG.
