The bread must have been days old. It was hard and broke into pieces. I had to throw a third of my sandwich in the trash. Worst sandwich I have ever had from a Subway!

The people here must be special because they can’t seem to get anything right. Bread switched on sandwiches, 2 pieces of meat on a footlong which I paid extra to have DOUBLE MEAT and didn’t even get 1x the meat lol. So sad. I hope they shut down

Since when does subway limit the amount of vegetables you can get. Got a minimal amount of onions and asked for more and she refused. Kinda wack

I have had the best service at this subway when I go in person, my mobile order was so disappointing. Barely any vegetables, for the ones they actually added. My son only adds pickles to his sandwhich and there was 0 on there even when I asked for extra. All the other veggies even the ones I asked for extra for were less than you’d give on a normal portion. I’m sure it’s the owners telling their employees to skimp on everything but I paid for this and offered exactly what I wanted. My son won’t even eat the sub without pickles so that was a waste. I can’t drive back up there again it’s too far just for pickles. Very disappointed. Sometimes losing a few cents on veggies is worth a good customer experience. I won’t be back

Every time I go here they are out of many things this time it was soda olive and some other things but what made me mad was they tried to give me nasty spoiled avocado. It does not help they the toasted sandwich I ordered when eating it was cold not like cooled down from the drive home I mean came out of the fridge still cold. Idk what is going on at this place but I’m not coming back ether they are closing the owner is cheap idk but if this is the surface problems I fear the food safety violations they must be doing

Worst experience the past 3 times I have gone . Always out of EVERYTHING . 3 out of the 4 items they were out of this time . tuna , chocolate chip cookies and a pretzel. I submitted an online order and they didn't call me or tell me anything until I walked through the door . Where's the management?

I work in the building right behind this subway so I frequent here. The last couple of times I have been a young man named Eli has served me. I don't normally write reviews but Eli deserves one. He is super friendly, conversational, with great customer service! Excellent job Eli, keep it up!

Quarter Mile Mustang

This place has gone down hill. Literally out of everything. All they could make was a meatball or turkey sandwich. Diet Coke or sweet tea were only drink options. How does an owner allow this to happen?

I've worked in the customer service industry for over 40 years. I've never walked into an establishment and been completely ignored like I just was at the Winder Broad Street location. Not even a 'hello, we'll be right with you.' And there was only one other person there picking up a Doordash order. I didn't even place my order after waiting to be acknowledged for about 5 minutes! I just left. Won't be back. Serious training needed in that store.
