Worst experience the past 3 times I have gone . Always out of EVERYTHING . 3 out of the 4 items they were out of this time . tuna , chocolate chip cookies and a pretzel. I submitted an online order and they didn't call me or tell me anything until I walked through the door . Where's the management?

This place has gone down hill. Literally out of everything. All they could make was a meatball or turkey sandwich. Diet Coke or sweet tea were only drink options. How does an owner allow this to happen?

I've worked in the customer service industry for over 40 years. I've never walked into an establishment and been completely ignored like I just was at the Winder Broad Street location. Not even a 'hello, we'll be right with you.' And there was only one other person there picking up a Doordash order. I didn't even place my order after waiting to be acknowledged for about 5 minutes! I just left. Won't be back. Serious training needed in that store.

How is it 9:10 AM, I’ve been here since 8:57 and the doors are still locked. The employee with the dreads opens the door, no good morning, and says “we ain’t got no bread ma’am.” I said “fine I’ll take a salad.” She responds with “We ain’t got no bowls either, I’m sorry ma’am.” Please make it make sense. I purposely waited until 9:10 to give them a few mins and still……
Employees aren’t very nice. They are very skimpy on what they give you. Fresh ingredients weren’t fresh. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes looked like they had been sitting out for several days. Inserted card 3 times before they told us that they don’t take American Express. Overall inattentive and disappointing experience. You’d think for $10 a sandwich you would walk away happy.
