This is really needs updates or something I went today since I stop going for the reason my order mess up or something not right and today I went since I was craving chalupas and supposedly their soft and they were hard and not good taste and had more lettuce then I could bearly taste the meat this will be last last place in mind to go even I love chalupas

The food is okay, the service is rarely ever good or available, and the women's restroom does not have a functional lock and it's very rare cases when the paper towels are stocked and there is always barely enough toilet paper.

I stopped by the Winder location to pick up lunch and was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from the staff. When I arrived at the window, I noticed the employees were more focused on their phones than on assisting customers. I had specifically requested hot salsa when asked, but it was missing from my bag. When I went back around to request it, the young man at the window barely acknowledged me, seemingly more interested in whatever the staff was watching on a smartphone.
I was going to let it go, but after checking my bag again, I realized a paid item was also missing. Frustrated, I went back around to address the issue. This time, a young woman—who turned out to be the shift manager—stepped up. She listened to my concerns, sincerely apologized, and had already placed a coupon in my bag to make up for the oversight. I truly appreciated her professionalism and effort to make things right.
While the initial experience was frustrating, her response stood out. I wish I had gotten her name, but I hope Taco Bell recognizes her dedication to both customers and staff. I’m not one to complain without reason, but I do believe good service should be acknowledged—especially when it stands in contrast to a disengaged team.

Always have issues at this location. Staff does NOT care whatsoever. Went to get two Al pastor burritos, had to pull to the front and wait just for them to only give us one burrito, grilled cheese- not even the correct one. They came back outside to ask what was wrong and we explained. The employee walked back in with our order and not even a minute later another employee walks out and hands us THE SAME BAG with the SAME wrong burrito. Singular. If you can't do your job, quit! :)

I order a bean burrito with sourcream and potatoes not fried and a regular hard taco they gave me fried burn potatoes taste bitter I remove them and i did eat was left with the bean that hard taco was crack in 3 I just came from work super tired I just want place some quick food and go to sleep I did not eat what i want it S.M.H.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was greeted at the drive thru with someone who was so kind, and nice to me. At the window was so very different. This specific employee was rude and mumbled under her breath and when I asked for sauce she said ya drive around. When I waited at the doors for my order, we were missing the chips. The cheese came in a small cup with no lid and was thrown into a bigger bowl with a lid and clearly was covered but still made a mess. Also that same employee brought out my food and was yelling the entire time, cussing out loud at whoever she was working with. So freaking rude. I ordered the cantina chicken bowl. It was gross. The chicken was mostly the parts you don’t eat. Won’t be coming back to this location. Do not eat here! I’m praying I don’t get sick tonight.
