Wow! I came for the food and atmosphere, and got WAY more.
I found out when I arrived to Magnolia Table after a 10hr road trip, I found out I had received incorrect information about the seating in the restaurant when I had called.
But Anthony, (who I later found out was the manager) made our experience amazing. He was so apologetic over the misunderstanding, and went out of his way to provide us the most amazing service. The food was absolutely delicious (the biscuits…omg!) but it was the service that made this experience. I was floored by his kindness and the effort he went to make up for the issue.
I wish we lived closer, I’d come back often if I did, because we were treated like we actually mattered, and that doesn’t happen very often in this world.
Thank you, Anthony, for your kind wholesome nature and empathy. You represented that restaurant and family so well, and truly turned a bummer of a situation into pure awe.

Came here on a very rainy day and was not expecting too much from this old restaurant but once i tasted the country fries steak and mash potatoes with lima beans i was blown away. Only thing is the food was balanced to taste so u tasted your veggies and beans not salt the gravy from the steak was very delicious. Will be back for more.

Food was gross. Very limited in vegetables, which tasted as if they were dumped straight from the can. No flavor at all. Mashed potatoes were powdered and watery. Gravy watery as well. Chicken tenders, Mac n cheese was decent, along with the biscuits. Only thing that was good was the banana pudding. Unfortunately won’t be back again.

The food is great but the room where you get the food is just a wee bit too small and there's only one way in and out !! Other than that its great

The food is wonderful, and the old Victorian house is beautiful. The service is great, and the people are quite friendly and pleasant.

Our server was great. Unfortunately, our food was cold. Looking at faded pictures of the Confederate army didn't help.

Food was just okay. They definitely cater towards an older audience so the food doesn’t have seasoning. Not too bad but most likely won’t be coming
