My husband got the patty melt plate with hash browns he said it wasn't even warm or fresh cause there wasn't no grease coming out of the meat he said it was probably left over they just threw it back on the grill let it get warm on one side do the same on the other side and just threw it on bread the bread didn't have any butter on it or his grilled onions. My daughter ordered the cheese and bacon with chili they didn't have no chili so she got hash browns intead. My daughter's hash browns when she started eating the rest of it this morning she found a hair in it. The grill hasn't been cleaned in a while it looked like. Just plan out NAST that waffle house is . We won't be eating there anymore. I got the chicken hash brown bowl that was fresh and good. I posted a pic of my daughter's hash brown's with the hair in itgot to blow it up to see it. We will just go back to Auburn while in the barrow area they are good about fresh food and Dacula.

So it’s cool for 2 black people like me and mom to wait 30 mins and then the ppl before us just showed up 10 mins later and they already got their food plus the food was very cold and uncooked and they had to do a remake🤦🏿♂️ And then I look at the food it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes 🤷🏿♂️ never coming back her again.💯

The unsweet tea was spoiled. The waitress said she had no idea when it was made and didn't know when they would make any more. I got hot tea and a glass of ice and made my own. My omelet was scorched and swimming in oil along with the hashbrowns. The restaurant looked dirty... the floor was disgusting. The Auburn Waffle House is a thousand times better!!! Come on, management/district manager... clean up the Winder WH and train your staff!!

We did the All star breakfast and the wife had some Melt plate. Lukewarm, took forever and a day to arrive. Not that well made by any stretch of the imagination. Undercooked harsh browns, cold waffle, lukewarm coffee. The waiter was a tool, too overfriendly and annoying.
We've eaten here numerous times over the last few years and it just keeps getting worse and worse. The hassle with pickup / take out orders. They impose a surcharge now--> seriously? of about 20% no less.
It's ok for a somewhat quick bite when your tired and don't wanna cook.... beyond that? We don't bother with this location anymore.

Racists, I don’t understand why they treat customers as if they’re doing them a favor. The worst coffee I’ve ever had. It doesn’t matter if you’re polite—they serve you with a bad attitude, and if you’re not, they simply won’t serve you at all. I saw how they refused to bring coffee to a Latino family, and when they finally did, they slammed the cups on the table. They tried to reason with them, making it seem like the family was the problem. Such a sad lack of ethics.
The ABSOLUTE WORSE waffle house to EVER come to , waited for just about 3 HOURS to have not gottn any food !! People who came in wayyyyy after us sat ate & left while my table along with another party sat there !!! I will NEVER be coming back to this location a COMPLETE WASTE of time
We had a great time this morning grabbing food with family. Rita served us with a kind heart and accuracy in every aspect of our order even double checking to make sure everything was done properly. We had a good conversation with the other workers and just enjoyed the morning here.
We live out of town so having such a welcoming atmosphere when in a different place was a great experience.
