I went into the dining room to pick up my order. It wasn't quite ready, but the customer service at the counter was awesome.
I gave the food 4 stars because I'm not a burger person. I was picking it up for my mother. She enjoyed it but did not care for the nuggets.
The Double Stack BOGO is the best deal out there!

I’m pregnant and had not eaten all day. Went to Wendy’s and ordered a double stack biggie bag without cheese. I cannot have cheese. They put no cheese on the receipt. But I get all the way home and lo and behold there is cheese on my burger. Fries were old and stale. At least the nuggets were okay. My fault. I shouldn’t have trusted that they would do it right and should’ve checked before I got home.

Ordered 2 baked potatoes, both were way small (½ the size of the bowl) and were so old the bottoms were hard. My burger was not like what I ordered.

I ordered my lunch around 11:30 through the drive-up. No line. A little wait to pay since the cashier was taking a large order from the vehicle behind me. My order at the window was greeted nicely and I always check to make sure I got what I ordered. Everything so far was ok. I get home and take the lid off of my chili (large by the way) and I got a cup 3/4 of the way full with soupy chili. Very little meat, beans, onions or peppers in it.. Very disappointed. You would barely recognize it as chili. The last time I was there and ordered a large chili. I got a full cup with lots of ingredients and piping hot. I was expecting the same this time. Guess it depends on who’s in charge of making chili that day or perhaps like everything else today you get a lot less for your money and not great quality. My chili days at Wendy’s are over.
Service is slow, after paying for food in the drive thru I was told to pull forward someone will bring my order. 15 minutes later I got out my car and went inside to find out what taking so long, that's when they finished my order.

Waited in drive thru and no response. So I pull around and try to go in around 9:50. They said dining room was closed. So i pull to window for door dash order and the older lady with gray hair working drive thru was so rude. She should let me tell her door dash name and pulled up for order explaining what I should do next time. Instead of being so rude. If she don’t like her job work somewhere else. She put in application there didn’t anyone force her to work there.

This place is a joke. I've tried for months to be understanding and what not. However, EVERYTIME I go up there, it's some type of issue. They'll look you in your face and lie to you. Not 1 time, literally not once has it been a visit without some type of issue with the food.
If you say anything to the staff, you're met with hostility, aggression and more lies. One thing is for sure though, they've always got plenty of attitude ready to serve.

Food was normal overall for Wendy's but the cashier who took our order named Judy had me repeat my order multiple times as she seemed to not be able to remember no matter how clearly I spoke then accused me of being hostile when we asked her why she couldn't understand my order. When i received my food, she forcefully shoved it to me. When I checked the food itself, my order was messed up but was afraid of getting spit in my food if i sent it back. Never coming to this Wendy's again.

I have been a loyal customer of Wendy's over two decades nut between the Wendy's I winder and the one in Braselton I'm done they have coat me money and I be dawned I'd you can get someone on the phone.

The past few times I've been here it's been hats off awesome. ALOT better since they renovated but the attitudes have changed , thank you for such wonderful service.

Cashier was friendly but slow. She was only taking care of one customer at a time. When my food was put on the tray the manger basically through it down on the tray causing a nugget to fall out and land on the tray directly, not even the paper. The cashier was going to throw it away and get us new ones but the manager wouldn’t let her and handed her tongs to put it back in the nugget sleeve. The cashier did it reluctantly, but did what she was told. All this with me standing right there. I also wasn’t given my receipt. When I requested it she threw it away.
