I call in my order most times. The food is usually ready when I arrive. The customer service is top notch, besides the food customer service is the main reason I visit this location more than any other restaurant in Bethlehem. The food is amazing, I love their wings, the Burgers are the best in town and the Phillies hit the spot every time. One of the things I like about WNB is that they're open on Sundays so I don't have to go without my wings. I've pretty much cut off all wing spots in Bethlehem/Winder area for the reasons listed above. I'm getting ready to place an order now thinking about. 5 stars from me.

This was our first time eating here. We placed our order online and sent our oldest to pick up. He brought the food back and noticed that our “cheese” fries were just fries with a sprinkle of melted shredded cheese. When you look at the menu, it describes them as fries with cheese poured over them, similar to nacho cheese. Even a quick google search of WNB Factory cheese fries shows a picture of liquid cheese over the fries. I called the restaurant and spoke with a child who said other locations serve them with liquid cheese but their location uses shredded cheese. When I asked why it doesn’t state that on their menu online, he said that they use a universal menu. So what is on the menu when placing your order online, isn’t the same as what their location serves. Even though when you place the order, you have to choose the location in order to view what that location serves. When I told him that our fries had a pinch of cheese on them, he said that couldn’t be right because they cover them in cheese. I offered to provide with him with a picture but he wasn’t interested. It wasn’t worth arguing with a child but keep in mind, the $2 up charge is for a pinch of shredded cheese.

I work near here and I can tell you I’ve haven’t been disappointed
I’ve been too places where they have bad wings due to frying but I haven’t been sad yet 👍👍

By far the best chicken fingers EVER! The staff always greets you with a friendly welcome and a smile. The restaurant is always clean and neat.

Ordered a black bean veg burger. Got home and had a steak burger instead. Manager advised me to bring the wrong order back. Waste of time and gas for what. So disappointed. My kids love this restaurant, but my 3rd try was another fail.

Small wings, paid for “extra wet” but they hardly had any sauce. Wings were dry and not flavorful. Fries were cold and soggy. Food quality has definitely gone downhill.

I ordered through Uber Eats and the restaurant left out the yum yum sauce. I called and asked about it. The store manager even said she remembered the driver asking her employee and they STILL forgot it. That's ridiculous. Then, store manager didn't even offer to make it right. Seems petty but if you order fried rice then most people want that and it always comes with it.
