They continuously drop the ball. Even when they try to fix their mistake, they still screw it up. You can't tell someone one thing and then deliver an empty promise.
Raising Cane's will be our new home. Yes it's a drive but it's a guaranteed win every time we go there.

When my daughter and I stopped for food towards the end of the evening, we noticed the cashier was by working to manage both drive and dine-in sides in the front of the house. She was very focused taking one order on each side at a time, to limit customers wait time as best as she could, while apologizing for any wait we had. Bravo. I have personally spoken with her managers as well. The team at this location is a good one and we appreciate you.

The Winder Zaxbys is the best special shout out for Warren who is the GM . Me and Mrs Claus had a great experience today with the whole crew and yes they are all on the Nice List.

ordered a meal with a cookie, was thinking it would be a regular soft chocolate chip. boy was i wrong, they gave me a cookie so hard it could break a window. highly disappointed
Zaxby's is always great when you don't want to cook. Love the house salad and Asian salad is my favorite
