Saltiest place on earth!! It was disgusting everything was so salty, fries, wings and even the tenders. I would NEVER!!!

My children and I went here for lunch today. They were very busy but it took 25 minutes for us to get our food. Thats a long time for chicken fingers and fries. But it was hot and good when we got it!

Zaxbys used to be my favorite spot to get good food but they are always missing something that you ordered or paid for. i hope they can do better

Service was fairly quick for how busy it was, but employees were not very friendly or personable. Not a big deal, they were busy. My food was AWFUL. It all tasted the same, like it was all fried in the same old needs-to-be-changed grease. My nibblers had hockey puck hard chicken. I doubt I'll visit this location again. Not what I expect for Zaxbys for sure. Do better, Winder.

Every time I order the Sauce Boss Box they give me tiny rice krispy treats instead of the cookies it’s supposed to come with… Not sure what that is about.

I usually have a amazing experience but today it was awful . I got the boneless wings and things and and a boneless wings meal . At first they forgot my chicken tenders , then I tried to eat a boneless wing and it BROKE my tooth literally because it was so hard 🙃 😫 . I told the manager and he gave us two new meals . My mouth still hurts so beware of the rock hard chicken 🐔 . They also didn't seem to concerned about it at the time . Other than just replacing the food . This should of never happened in the first place . I get things happen but from a former kitchen manager do better please .

Horrible service today. It was raining so I pulled up because this Zaxby’s doesn’t have a hood so that you don’t get rained on while ordering. I was rushed immediately by the light skin girl in the window. She was saying please hurry because of their drive through time. No greeting or anything. I don’t even know how she’s working there with such horrible service. The manager honestly was no better he was a young black man. He did hear me out but then when he said they were working on getting a cover I was just letting him know I pulled up since there isn’t one yet and I guess they just didn’t feel like working and decided they weren’t going to take my order. He said that I was being rude when I simply explained how I was rushed and why I pulled up. They definitely need more training or something because their service is horrible and they’re running paying customers away. They clearly just don’t want to work!

Very rude to my daughter. Pulled up to prevent being rained on. Rushed and spoken to rudely. When you give the energy you get, they refuse to serve you. We have plenty of options in Winder. Your drive thru time, and the fact you don’t have a cover for inclement weather is not our problem. Had you been ready to take the order rather than reprimand and further waste time, maybe there wouldn’t have been an issue. We’re not begging, we’re paying customers.

My chicken hot honey looked more like Honey mustard had to take it back, but the staff was fast on rectifying the mix-up . Did two orders in the drive thru didn't take long to make, but one of the salads seemed to have less meat inside. My sister was so hungry it didn't matter to her .Excellent Food .

First time eating zaxbys and definitely the last. Stale toast, tiny chicken fingers, cold fries. This place is the Temu version of Raising Canes
