Let me preface this by saying, I rarely give negative reviews because everyone has a bad day now and then.Upon my arrival @ the restaurant, I checked in with the young man at the register. My order was made online at 5:59PM. The order was supposed to ready by 6:14. The store was very busy, I understand that. No less than 12 cars went through the drive through while I was waiting for my order. Six other customers came in and received their food and departed. I patiently waited. At 6:25 I asked if my order had been started. It had not been started. After 10 more minutes I asked again. Again, I was told it was being prepared. 5 minutes later they finally placed my order on the counter. I then opened each container to verify if it was complete. It was not. I was missing two loaded fries. I asked them to please complete my order. A worker behind the kitchen window asked what I was waiting for. I told him "the rest of my order". He (Anthony) seemed to take it personally. He said "Not sure if you noticed, but we are kinda busy" I did not appreciate the attitude after waiting such a long time.Later, I completed the survey on my receipt. Shortly after I received a call from Anthony at the store. He proceeded to explain that I apparently "cussed" one of his employees out. Nothing could be further from the truth. Was I aggravated, of course but, I do not use that kind of language especially since he was a kid and was the only one that seemed to care. The employee said have a good night. I responded "that it will be a lot better now that I am leaving". I do not appreciate people lying about me. At the end of the call Anothy did offer me a discount of my next meal. Too little to late.

After giving them my money I was told to pull around the building to wait for them to bring me my food where I sat and watched them serve 10-15 other customers before me which defeats the entire purpose of having a line. It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen any establishment do, like they’re not taking time out of other people’s day due to their laziness and lack of urgency. I guess this restaurant chooses favorites when it comes to their customers.

Zaxbys has been & always will be tha bomb!! Their fries are yummy goodness & their chicken fingers dipped in hot honey mustard is bursting with flavors & should be enjoyed atleast once by everyone before their last breath???❤️?❤️??????

Nice food really enjoy it. The service is a hot or miss because sometimes there a little rude but it’s ok. Atmosphere inside is amazing there’s things to look at while your waiting on your food like the intruments on the wall overall 10/10
This location has gone down hill. Nobody behind me in line, they take my money and then direct me to park my car and wait for “fresh” chicken being cooked. The food comes out, it is okay but, the chicken didn’t just come out of the fryer; sorry, NO.

I ordered the Big Zax Snax and it was tasty as usual. The fingers were hot and cooked perfectly. The fries could've used more seasoning and I asked for extra but I don't think it happened. They were still good. For that, and that I asked for Coke and got Dr. Pepper, I gave 4 stars for service. The cashier at the window was pleasant. Nice. I already loved Zaxbys & I'll definitely still be a repeat customerParking: There is parking like a usual Zaxby's. There are businesses next door, so I suppose if the lot was full, you could park next door and walk over.Kid-friendliness: There are booth style table options. I like that option for my smaller children. They have a minimal Kids Menu but my kids like it. Comes with a drink and a cookie.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
Emily was so nice! I asked a nice gentleman named talon what her name was because of how nice she was over the speaker! I enjoyed both of there services. I had a rough day and both were very nice! Great job Zaxby’s ❤️

This place has good food. The stuff is nice but the reason for my stars is I paid close to 10 bucks for what looks like two pieces of chicken strips cut into pieces and only 12 fries. My co-workers recommending the bacon ranch chicken fries but I am disappointed ?

I have been to this Zaxbys many times in the last 4 years. The last few times have made me not want to go back. Orders wrong, items missing or incorrect, no sauces. Nothing disappoints more than working all day, getting home with an order thats overpriced to find you have items missing or wrong. Its a shame, because my family really enjoys Zaxbys...they need to fine tune their service.

Ordered over $100 worth of food for a get together. They shorted us over half of the food and wouldn’t offer to make anything up to us. All the employees are worthless and the management isn’t much better. Pathetic excuse of a zaxbys.
