It was our first time visiting Chibugan, and they were happy to provide recommendations. We chose the max combo, which had pork skewers, baked chicken, rice, noodles and lumpia. The pork, chicken and lumpia were all very delicious and we were glad we ordered extra lumpia because they were extra very delicious.

Straight up bussin'. Literally pictures don't do it justice. The pork skewer was delicious, the spring rolls were perfectly cooked, and the noodles were great too. The lemon kicked it up a notch. To drink, I chose the peaches and cream boba. I think the tapioca pearls were homemade- they were slightly oddly shaped and delicious. 10/10 I will be returning

What a wonderful place! You have got to try this! Never expected karaoke in a small town cafe! The singing was beautiful! The food and service was excellent. Please take a moment and visit this restaurant, I want them to thrive so I can continue to visit! ☺️ There is a menu online, we had a turkey sandwich and the Chicken Adobo with rice. Both were wonderful. You have got to try the spring rolls. I could have made a meal off the spring rolls!
