I enjoyed the best home-made frozen custard in 70 years! Daughter from SC raved over her hamburger served with friendly smiles and bought some handcrafted gifts for family and friends from tea towels, pillows, kitchen antiques, artisan soaps and I especially liked the wood crafted bowls and furniture designed by a local, talented artisan.
These guys rock! The food is fresh and tasty. I went one day well after lunch time and asked for something on the lunch menu. They made it right while I was standing there! Amazing customer service and cute little crafts for sale, as well.
This small grocery has it all! It has lots of local whatever you want - produce, bakery, lunches, honey, crafts. They also have local (from near Atlanta) ice cream and on Saturday's have homemade ice cream - of the maker's choosing that day. Inside and outside tables to enjoy your goodies that you bought in the store. Kind of like the general store back in the day.
