Visited the Applebee’s in Woodstock for dinner. The restaurant was quiet the entire time, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. Our server was polite but service still felt a bit slow considering it wasn’t busy. The food was fine just your typical chain-restaurant quality, nothing terrible but nothing that made me want to come back right away. The place was clean, and the prices were reasonable, but overall it was just an average experience.

Worst customer service Ever! We can't give an opinion of the food because no one came to seat us. The employees & the bartender just stared at us said & did nothing to help seat us or perhaps tell the host that customers were waiting. We stood there for about 5 min & then walked out. We will never be back.

Lauren was our server and she had great customer service. We previously had gone to the restaurant one in kennesaw and there was poor customer service. But coming to this one and having lauren as our waitress was a relief. We appreciate you!!

Worst experience at an Applebees by far.
Server brought out the appetizer but no plates, I had to ask for them. Then he forgot our whole meal. We sat for an hr before he told us he forgot to put in our order. As we sat wait for the hr he never got us refill, I had to ask for that too. Lastly, a manager never came to check or apologize for the missed order. He’s lucky I still gave a tip

I never go to Applebees but decided to give their all you can eat offer a try. Chicken and shrimp were not good but I was surprised that the riblets were amazing!

I used to eat here all the time but the service and food has gone down a lot. Food didn’t take long but you could tell it wasn’t fresh and was definitely microwaved. Ordered the 4 cheese and the chicken was hot but my pasta was half chewy and undercooked and half overcooked plus lukewarm warm. Wonton tacos were stale and tasteless even with lime.Such a disappointment.

Went there today to pick up my order the staff was HORRIBLE. I called way in advance & my order still wasn't done. The girl behind the bar was EXTREMELY rude and didn't even apologize for the very LONG wait..won't be going back there.
