They upcharge without telling you, the manager is rude, and they don't honor promos/coupons you get through the app. They pretend to enter the code then tell you it doesn't work. Go to another location and the code works fine. Service is extremely slow, even when the restaurant is mostly empty. I won't be back to this location.

Today my family and I ate at the Woodstock location and our server Madi K. was the ABSOLUTE BEST. Her mannerisms, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. If you go to this location I highly recommend you ask for her. You won't be disappointed.

I could have given a 1, NO Hostess, so we sat at a hightop in the bar, to be told we had to be seated there by the Hostess, by the Hostess that had been missing in action. The hostess could have used more diplomacy in her delivery or not said anything at all since the place was near empty and just added us to the seating chart.French onion soup came out with "no soup," just the croutons that soaked up what soup there was in the bowl with cheese.The waiter/bar tender saved the day he was very personable and was a hard worker.He was waiting on people at the bar and the tables around the bar taking to-go orders, then getting them and ringing them up. He will be a/the manager one day.With the cost of living, restaurants need to appreciate the business that is being given to them. We, the customer, have choices.P.S. I had to sell the French Onion Soup to my husband for starters, to even have this experience.THANKS!
EVERY TIME I go to a Bee, I'm highly disappointed bc of what they CAN'T do???Its been a while bc of this, and it looks like giving them another chance was another failed attempt! Why? Bc I was quoted a 10 min wait while the restaurant was rather empty??? See how empty in the picture!?!

Had chicken fajita wrap. All wrap and lettuce. Had to tell the bartender what was in a texas margarita. 5:30 on a Friday place is nearly empty. Nothing but a bunch of kids working. Abysmal. Won't waste my time or money again.
