Had not been here in quite some time. Was so excited to go back…looking forward to the hot pastrami sandwich I remembered. Got the hot pastrami panini…was disappointed with the sandwich and presentation. Did enjoy the tomato soup, creamy and delicious.

I came here with my mom for lunch today (10/31/24 around 12 pm) and just ordered a Caesar salad. It was really good so I was kinda going crazy on it u know but thank GOD I paid attention… there was a live moving bug in my food. And then the workers thought I’d want it remade over a refund? Absolutely not. Who wants to eat anything after almost eating a live bug. Disgusting.

Recently placed a take-out order here instead of my usual store due to my own goof. Good thing I did. Despite my initial frustrations with the ordeal, the staff were kind and accommodating. Will be coming back for the gelato and the customer service. Thanks for the hard work!

It's absolutely terrible. The o line pictures looked amazing, so we decided to try it as it turns out it would have been hard to pick a worse place.
The cashier was slow, didn't make eye contact, and was very difficult to understand.
The food was terrible - the bacon and egg sandwich consisted of one egg cut in two with what looked like one piece of bacon cut in two placed between two large slices of bread. The Cuban was disgusting, with no condiments and tasteless meat, and the pickles on all sandwich platters looked like they were stepped on.
The cost for 2 patries, w coffees, 1 smoothie and 3 sandwiches was 65.00.

What a joke. The cashier was incompetent. The two workers in back were just the same. First the cashier couldn’t remember what we even had and asked if we had somebody else’s meal. Then he brings one of our meals, a bagel and says the other French toast would be right up. 20 minutes later it never showed up. We ask, the people in back get all defensive. The blonde manager named Stacey stares me down and rudely finger waves me over asking the problem, then saying they made it and it went out. Turns out they made it to go and it had been sitting on the back counter forever. The tried to blame us for this somehow and then made all these excuses that made no sense. They told us that was our name on it, when it absolutely was not and we never gave a name, then it was a system glitch because of our phone number, to which I said we never gave a phone number. She backed off after being shut down and refunded us. Do not recommend coming here at all.
