Tried to get free t-mbile Tuesday pretzel & was told to go to a different Auntie Anne's

This place is horrible. This is the second time we stopped by within a month to get some mini dough dogs. Second time they can’t seem to be able to serve them. This time they say they will be ready in 5 minutes, but can’t ring them up because they don’t have a “wait list”. That’s all we want. Can’t get it. Just take them off the menu! Sad to see how this company has gone down hill over the years. Lastly, as you can see, the owner doesn’t even respond to Google reviews.

I should have read the reviews before going. Terrible service. I ended up just canceling the order after waiting way too long after being told it would 2 more minutes and I waited another 10. Dude at the counter for the order wrong. Owner should replace the crew or retrain them all.

walked in at 7:30, and they said they only have drinks?? they don’t close for another hour and a half and you only have drinks? assuming the employees were too lazy to do their job. like, what???

Store is clean and employees are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the pretzels are all way too dry. They taste fine after I add my own butter at home, but PLEASE put more butter on them things in-store so this can be the perfect Auntie’s location.🙏🏻

Unbelievable- This is disgusting the pretzels were burned and its not event what it say it is they are like huge all sticked together, and I am the manager at the next door and they don’t give discount anymore when I been going their and has been giving discounts this store should be close it is nasty what I ate was throwing up 😡

Sadiyah is the best! Pls come and enjoy the cold amazing drinks in the summer & cinnamon nuggests!!

Sadiyah was the best she took great care of us. She has great customer service. We ordered cinnamon nuggets and it was fresh. Everything looked fresh in the store.

Amazing service and the people and food were great.

We bought a pretzel from the shop for our daughter. The pretzel was hard as.rock! She made me eat a little piece… It was hard , chewy and stale! We would have returned it but we already had left the shopping mall!

The pretzels were warma dn fresh!

Pretzel undercooked and was just raw dough, had to spit it out!

Love this location, feels like a home away from home when I stop by. A young lady in particular named Sadiyah always welcomes me with opened arms and knows exactly what I want each time! She always has a smile on her face. 10 Stars
