I don’t understand how this establishment even has 3.2 stars. Stopped by today and the staff is ridiculous. One of the male staff members with the nose hoop he is rude, disrespectful, childish and disgusting attitude. A young lady coming back from her break or maybe lunch not sure asked the peer I mentioned to be quiet or stop talking this dude kept making comments and just being disrespectful making jokes. She was clearly fed up with this dude. He told her to shut up and “Your not my mother “. Young man I don’t think your mother would be happy with your work ethics. When it was my turn to order I asked the young lady at the register how long would the wait be for mini dogs that one staff member I mentioned responded with “TO LONG” what kind of answer is that. This location needs new staff and customer service training no respect or accountability.

I costed this restaurant today and ordered a single bucket of pretzels bits for me and my brother and the worker implied that he didn’t need it and he was “fat”. Just very rude and disrespectful.

This place has great pretzels, but the staff is terrible, disrespectful and don't care to be there. My last visit I was called a racist (exact words being because they are black) because I didn't leave a tip. This is beyond unacceptable for any workplace. Multiple letters/complaints sent to corporate and nothing is ever done.

Greeted at the door with an employee telling us to “keep the door closed” (there was a line out the door and customers had it propped open. Not sure why it was such a big deal to have the door open in a gorgeous sunny day. Doesn’t the smell of cinnamon pretzels wafting out attract customers to your store anyway? Once we were inside another man on staff kept saying “keep the door closed” in a rude tone. The girl at the register had earbuds in her ears while serving customers and another employee working in the kitchen cursed loudly while joking around with another employee. Won’t be back there. They ask you to please tip first before entering your payment method. What the heck?? No tip here. The food was fine, but the service and atmosphere is awful.

Absolutely rude! Unlike any other Auntie Anne's I've ever been to, if it's not in the shelf, don't bother "pre ordering" anything, even if it's in the oven and ready in 10 minutes. Shay, the cashier, and her coworker seemed to be mocking customers that left after being exposed to their rudeness, and just overall had a terrible "I don't want to be here" attitude.

I was appalled by the way two male employees were acting in the store this evening, March 16, 2024. I walked into the store and there was a line so I held the door open until I was able to comfortably get inside. One of the male employees yells at me to keep the door closed. Okay no big deal. But the customers online all look at eachother and we laughed because the tone was just rude.Their mouths and attitudes toward all of the customers was atrocious! Then a couple walked in and also held the door open until there was room inside and another male employee yells "Hey Hey I would hate to break up your love fest but you got to keep the door closed" "thanks bro". While laughing. Now we all start looking at eachother I'm shock. As I approach the counter to place my order they are making fun of the couple they just yelled at.At this point my friend and I had, had enough. So I look at them and say you all need to grow up and learn some customer service. This place is ghetto! Honestly I am very surprised more paying customers did walk out.These kids were either high on drugs or completely immature. They need training or need to be replaced. I would never step foot in that Auntie Anne's.

don’t come here if you want an actual pretzel, all they have are the bites and they refused to make fresh pretzels, and rung me up for something i didn’t order instead of fixing the situation. very poor customer service. i’m sorry it’s so hard for them to operate their business but people deserve better treatment than that.

I was going to place an order for a Snack Stadium for a Super Bowl party. They don't have online ordering, like other locations. As such I tried to call in my order but they don't answer the phone. Ordered a roast beef sub platter from Jersey Mike's for the same price. Probably better off!

this is terrible all of them are burnt it’s so sad i gave this place 2 tries already… the employees are on their phones the whole time and rude. they mumble and the food is terrible. i hate wasting money…

I went today to this woodstock location, and young teens were working , let me tell you. When customers walked In they make fun of them whispering rude stuff about them all making it so obvious some comments were about us and who ever walked in ,. While the young man tall laughed when we came in then whispered stuff to the cashier guy talking smack about us really loud and again very obvious. These kids or "adults" are so immature, loud and rude very unprofessional. They need some training or fired something made me and my kid very uncomfortable never going there again. Corporate should watch the cameras to see how immature they act . Smh ... also the dought was half raw for hotdogs and greasy for the small pretzel bites, place wasn't cleaned. Wonder why Noone has called manager or corporate about this location

Absolutely horrible service. Very rude workers. It was 7pm with 8 ppl in front of me and they refused to make anymore regular salted pretzels. Lazy people. They were cleaning up like they were going to close early at 7pm. If I were these owners I'd definitely be looking for new people or just continue to lose an immense amount of money.

They advertised that they would sell the buckets of pretzels, so when you go to order them, they would not sell it to me. They wanted you to buy the small containers which would cost more money refused to sell.
