We ordered on DoorDash. This place used to be good. Very important to read and make your choice on a better place. ONCE AGAIN THE WRONG ORDER SENT!!! Called a million times to remedy the issue and they would pick up and hang up, send to voicemail, or just pick up and hang up again. This is Wednesday Dec 10th 2025 10:30pm. Ordered at 10pm. Not only did we get the wrong items, they sent us disgusting hair filled scoop of ice cream in one container. We ordered a banana split and a 3 scoop large sundae. Both were entirely wrong items that we received. Let alone a health hazard with this nasty hair. Who exactly was this intended for?? The correct ticket was affixed to our bag and the bag was sealed. This was intentional by the employee. These wrong items had a tablespoon worth of a scoop of ice cream. It was absurd, a 1/4 size scoop at best in the other one with no hair in it—but also completely not what we ordered. Wrong flavors wrong toppings wrong everything. Reported to DoorDash and Took photos to report to the health department in the morning. Extremely rude and horrible staff tonight, never had this kind of experience. To refuse to fix the issue and hang up repeatedly without even a hello when we tried to call was beyond comprehension! Absolutely disgusting. These people should be fired and the shop shut down for this kind of absolutely disgusting product sent to us. If it was wrong but at least edible, it wouldn't be an issue. This was intentional. Someone working there is truly sick in the head and should be immediately fired and banned from any food industry position. Play your store video back and see why this happened and where the hairs came from.. 10-11pm on Wednesday Dec 10th.

This store’s staff and supervisor are truly excellent and have gone above and beyond, food is well prepared and delicious from both the Dunkin and Baskin menus. Clean and comfortable interior, friendly employees good availability of inventory. Arguably the best coffee and ice cream store in Woodstock. I honestly prefer it to Starbucks.

Tall light skin Girl in the curly red lace front was all on the phone touching the dirty doors with no gloves on. Very gross and unprofessional and can’t believe Baskin Robins has employees who doesn’t wear gloves while handling peoples’ foods. & There was a long line of customers and full staff yet no one was taking orders.

The attention of those who are with the public is BAD! Am I to blame for your bad day? He had many chains on his neck and hair tied!! The lady had many many bracelets! You can check their BAD ATTITUDE on cameras! It was around 3:50 to 4:00 p.m.
Suddenly after years of late night/early morning visits, “the stores systems are updating and they can’t checkout customers for 1-2 hours”. The last two weeks it can be 10pm on a Friday or 3am on Tuesday and they claim to be doing system updates. Makes no sense whatsoever. 6 years and this is now an issue. Staff change on the night shift is a new coincidence also….

This is the second time that I have placed an order online, show up and they have not started yet, tell them that I will be waiting for it in the car and 15 minutes later it is still not done. I end up having to stand in front of the counter and wait for it.It used to be good with the two young women that were here before.

Very disappointed in the customer service and what I received. I paid five dollars for this scoop of ice cream. I could have went to the store and got a gallon of ice cream for that much. The lady taking the orders in the drive-through had a bad attitude. The only positive about my experience today was a very kind and smiley guy working the drive-thru window. This was my first experience with Baskin Robbins, and will probably be my last.
