The teenagers who work at this place need basic priority training. What is the point of having an option to order online if you have to wait for everyone who comes in person before you?

I order online and sat and watched two walk in families of 5+ people be helped and served before me. online it tells you when your order will be ready. I waited 10 minutes until the time when it said my order was ready. At this point there was a family of 5+ placing there order and no way for me to get my order without waiting for them to finish ordering and paying (for a cold product shop, timeliness is important.. who wants a melted snow cone).

The ordering was taking a long time so I went back to my car to wait for the family to finish. when I saw the family leave the window, I walked up to it and was promptly ignored for a good 5 minutes (my 3rd time at this point coming to the window without being addressed once) when I decided to knock. When I knocked I said that I placed an order that was ready 10 minutes ago, this is when I was told to wait until the teen was done with the families order that came after me.

I don’t appreciate the lack of consideration for online orders and i’ll be damed if I come back here again to wait 25 minutes for a single snow cone. this just inspired me to learn to ~make it at home~

I guess it’s all a matter of what you are used to eating! Our first time here. I ordered a lemon and mango and did not like it at all. I asked the girl if I could please exchange it for something else - a small custard cone. A young man came to the window to tell me that they could not do that. So, I spent 5.18 each for my husband and I and left w nothing. He did offer $2 off of my cone if I wanted one. Poor quality and poor customer service. I would not even give 1 star if it were possible.

Searching for good ice - go to Brewster’s.

Moved out of the area but when I'm in town I make it a point to stop. I order the same thing every time and have noticed that the taste is inconsistent. Also the hours of operation listed on line are incorrect which is very frustrating when it states 10 pm and the place is closed at 9:30. I'm looking for a replacement...

I recently visited with my little one and we loved the many different flavors available. We tried a variety of sno balls and the acai bowl - super tasty and affordable!

I usually love this place. This last time we tried ordering by phone and forgot the condense milk in the middle.

Awesome staff and very friendly people. Took less than 5 minutes, no line, and was a great late night treat.

I had just ordered a snow cream snoball with a scoop of vanilla ice cream inside it, and when I got it, I noticed that they forgot to add the ice cream. I felt ripped off that moment. I was looking for their phone number, but apparently, they didn't have one, so I'm writing this review.

My kids are easy to please but didn’t like their snow cones, which is hard to imagine, they said it had a fake orange flavor or was dusty. Mine was fine I thought.I asked the staff if I could have ice cream for them instead after they had a literal bite of their small snow cones but the staff wanted to charge me, citing their costs. What costs? It’s a small cup of ice and flavoring. So he saved his maybe dollar in ice cream cost but lost our future patronage.Maybe you’d like these snow cones but for us it will be back to pelicans
