The 2 ladies were very rude upon entry. When we got to the counter they were very rude and short as if they had a long day. Instead of simply saying she couldn’t take a gun license as a form of ID. She was very confrontational about it.

This place is alright. It's a smokey bar and the kitchen closes at 10 pm, so I wasn't able to grab anything to eat. From what I saw there was only 2 people that run the whole place. It's the bartenders and they work the pool tables. Also, you purchase the tables by the hours so that's good.
Dive bar...nice staff...minus Michelle who apparently is a nepo hire as she seems to be absolutely awful to many. Have no idea why she is still there after reading all the complaints about her. She is the sole reason for the one star...surly. Rude, horrid service from her. Everyone else was great...hey management wise up and fire her...she is hurting your business.

I go here all the time because it’s the only pool hall in the area. The owner gets drunk on a nightly basis. She gets very aggressive towards customers. I’ve seen it many times. The food is absolutely terrible although I’ve only had it a handful of times. Will stop going due to the owner causing too many scenes (she loves to make it known that she owns the place when she’s drunk which seems to be always). The staff is otherwise wonderful. Bartenders and servers are always very nice.

I had a great time. The staff are really personable. Prices are very reasonable. This review is aimed at the KJ, nothing bad at all to say, just constructive. We went for karaoke. We're karaoke regulars who have been doing it for many years at many, many different places. This was my first time here. I thought the KJ was great, really, but I believe he needs to modify his rotation. You can't let early singers sit for more than two hours to sing their next song just because people keep showing up. At one point, not too late, you have to let the earlybirds sing again, and start mixing in the new. And it should be that way for the rest of the night. If you get there late and don't get to sing, oh well. You cannot make it a single file rotation thinking that's fair to everyone. It's not because it's not balanced, and it's a complete turn-off. I probably won't be back.
