Pulled up to the drive thru, and ordered a 12 piece box of, mind you there wasn't a single other car in line. I pulled up to the window and paid. I was asked to pull forward as they were cooking the chicken. It took 34 minutes to get our food. Which is WILD. Will not return.

This location routinely fails to have food ready when you order, and underestimates the amount of time you need to wait for it to be ready. “5 minutes” becomes 20, and when you do get your food, they always short you. If I pay for a 5-piece meal, I expect 5 pieces, not 3, an issue I have had many times at this location.

We went by this restaurant at about 1245. Not exactly prime biscuit time eh? We ordered a chicken biscuits ND a steak biscuit. Now ii am a lielong southerner and to say I know biscuits is an understatement. We received nice customer service from te young man at drive through We opened the biscuits and immediately began drooling at the smell of the perfectly prepared meats. But the biscuits...oh my, the biscuits. The were hot, steamy, aromatic and perfectly fluffy. The tastes of the delectable pieces of heaven was truly sublime. BEST BOJANGLES EXPERIENCE EVER!

Yelling at everyone while only focusing on one's self is not the way influence your team to perform. It's embarrassing. Berating staff in front of guests is unacceptable.

They always kill it despite seeming understaffed. Food is hot and fresh every time. My go-to order is always a cajun biscuit meal with large bo rounds, side of gravy, peach sauce, and dr. pepper no ice.

Seems like this location is under staffed. Always pushing cars to parking spot to wait for their food so drivethur times are shorter. Don’t push people out of the drivethur, reflect accurate times so you can improve

Tried ordering food twice. one time was cancelled next time made me pay and then cancelled my order . Always have problems with this location doesn’t matter if I order it online or go inside they are very lazy. Need to clean house and start with people who actually want to work
When I pulled up, they were engaged in an argument with another customer where the police had to be called. Then, they forgot my strawberry dessert that I paid for! It wasn't worth the $2 to go back! Overall, the staff was apologetic but didn't offer anything for the inconvenience and wait.

The workers here do NOT wear hair nets or gloves when handling food. Several workers have long hair. Watched one of them use the outside door used by customers then go behind the counter and handle food stuffs.
