Waited so long for my food to come I was able to write this review. Guy was rude when he asked me to pull up and it took over 20 minutes to get my food. Don’t waste your time.

Breakfast is always good.... But a bit on the pricey side when compared to other fast for breakfast eateries. Cajun filet biscuit is great
Service is slow
Ordered my usual #14. Breast, wing, green beans, Cole slaw and a biscuit. The cashier Ron was a kind gentleman. Food was promptly served by the time I got to the end of the counter. The Tea was good. Put honey on my biscuit and had hot sauce and pepper for my chicken.

I would like to give Averi five stars for her wonderful Customer Service . She has such a beautiful spirit and smile. I had a wonderful experience today at this location. I would definitely recommend.

At 5:20 p.m. on Christmas Eve I submitted an online order for a 20 piece "Big Bo Box." The confirmation stated that my order would be ready for pick up at 5:53 p.m. I received a call 5 minutes later from a young lady at the restaurant stating that she needed to cancel my order because they didn't have the chicken to complete my order. When I asked why they couldn't just make more chicken, she said that station was closed so they could leave at 6 p.m. I asked for a refund on my credit card. I was told that they could not do that in store. I would need to get the refund online. The manager and general manager echoed that remark. I submitted my request online in 12/26. It was not easy to find. I have neither heard back from anyone, nor has there been a refund to my card. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company. I can't believe they were either unable or unwilling to resolve such a simple problem as refunding someone when they couldn't provide the product. Very disappointed.

WORST LOCATION EVER!! Just got home with my food and didn’t even get what I got charged for. The lady who took my order seemed like she hated her job and had a nasty attitude. Waited 20 mins for my food only for a manager to come out and ask if I’m waiting for something, so apparently they forgot about me. Didn’t get the sauces I asked for and got small unseasoned fries when I got charged for large extra seasoned fries. Let’s learn to actually do our jobs CORRECTLY and have good customer service before we start demanding to be paid more

The food is usually good at this location. The disappointing part was when I saw the employee putting my order together handled everything with bare hands. Pretty disgusting when you think about it. Needless to say I cancelled my order. If you choose to visit this location on Hwy 92 I suggest you go inside and watch them put it together. Best of luck.

Such outstanding customer service! I would like to thank Josh for making our experience so much better than the one we had on Eagle Drive. Josh was so polite, so helpful, and so accommodating. This location will definitely be our go to location from now on.
