Rough night tonight at Bruster's Hickory flat. Staff was incompetent and rude, out of several flavors that were posted on the menu, tried to serve melted ice cream saying trouble with the freezer. Most offensive was the kids' working lack of accountability and respect.
Horrible service. Order was wrong. Overcharged! Be aware if you are paying with a debit card, the girl working took it upon herself to add a tip to our charges after being told no tip, after she was rude, overcharging us, and making our order wrong. Talked to owner/manager I was told our charges would be credited back, they were NOT! Never apologized, nothing. What the girl did was illegal/fraudulent!
